I’ve been going to location for almost 2 years and I’ve had a mix of experiences but there has always been a reason for me going back which is hoping the next experience is better. A few months ago I took a break after a ridiculous experience with a young man who no longer works there since tried to shame me about my food allergies which he acted like he wouldn’t accommodate. After returning a few weeks ago I had an amazing experience not only with the food but the customer service was top notch. Jose was accommodating, respectful and made sure that me or any other customer with an allergy felt like it was an issue. Now the reason for my low rating is because tonight we are there again and of course Jose was his very kind and accommodating self but his coworker Kash was so disrespectful not only to customers but to his coworkers as well. He was condescending to Jose and the other young woman working and made it a point to be loud so that everyone could hear him belittle them. When asked for our pizza to be cooked on the side of the oven that is not used mostly just like last time he refused. He kept telling Jose that it was against policy and he wouldn’t do it. So I went to let him know what was done before and the reason and asked for it to be done. He said the same crap and then when I repeated it was to ensure less possibility for contamination he said “I’ll make an exception this time”. He proceeded to share how he was having to correct all the mistakes his coworkers was doing and what not. Afterwards he then made a big deal over another customers religious preference for their pizza to not touch meat very loud and told the young woman that she needed to cook it and not to mess it up. He continued his unprofessional behavior as well as touch the pizza dough without any gloves and after touching his clothes and hair. He did more micromanaging then work the hour we were there. If MODs pizza is about supporting a toxic, hostile work environment and not honoring allergies of their customers then today will be the last time I will ever spend any...
Read morePlaced an order online that said would be ready at 7:03. My first red flag should have been there were 0 customers in line or the whole restaurant when I went for pickup. Showed up at 7:10 and was greeted just fine. I mentioned the name for pickup and they said they were working on it and that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes.. so I sit and wait. and wait. and wait. 35 minutes go by and at this point 5 other DoorDash delivery drivers and a family (kids) are waiting for their order. The workers must have been behind because they started cussing drivers out that were simply asking about their orders that say they are ready for pickup, when clearly they were not. I finally stand up and ask if mine is ready 45 minutes after being told 10-15. To no surprise they can’t find a name for my order. It took 2 different workers to remember me and go grab my order from who knows where. Now I have to try to enjoy 2 cold overcooked pizzas.
TLDR: waited 45 minutes for my order while watching rude workers have no problem dropping f-bombs in front of family and kids. Pizza was overcooked and sat and...
