We went here for the Endless Shrimp event, and we weren’t disappointed. We were seated promptly, and the waitress was very courteous. She started us with two shrimp options (garlic shrimp scampi, wood grilled shrimp), then one platter (hand breaded shrimp) every time after. It comes with house salad, one side (mashed potatoes was good), and warm cheddar biscuits. The grilled shrimp skewer is the best if you want to eat the most. The garlic shrimp scampi is very oily, as it’s dipped in garlic oil. The breaded shrimp is fried, so it’s kinda heavy; plus the red cocktail sauce tastes bitter. After a couple of rounds, we were satisfied. I think it was worth it for the price, but wish they offered more shrimp options. Update: My buddies and I went back to try the updated endless shrimp menu (Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, Sesame-Ginger Grilled Shrimp, Crunchy Fiesta Shrimp, and the off menu Coconut Shrimp). This time around, I really liked the Sesame-Ginger Grilled Shrimp, which is similar to my last time favorite, the wood grilled shrimp, but with drizzled sweet and savory soy-ginger sauce and topped with a sesame seasoning. The Shrimp Linguini Alfredo is filling due to the pasta addition, but not a good choice if you're on a shrimp marathon. The Crunchy Fiesta Shrimp is good too, you'll like it if you like loaded nacho and cheese, but shrimp pieces in it. The off menu Coconut Shrimp has a sweet outer fried shell, the coconut dip made it sweeter-too sweet for my taste buds. For $18 instead of $15 for the early dinner endless shrimp offered on Mondays, which only had the garlic shrimp scampi, wood grilled shrimp, and the hand breaded shrimp; I think the extra variety is well worth the price.

I went in for lunch and had the Unlimited soup, salad and biscuits. For the price, it's a good deal. Their soups are great - had good flavor. The soup options are clam chowder or lobster bisque. The biscuits are salty and cheesy, which I really like. Note - the biscuits are free when you sit down, doesn't matter what you order. The salad was just your below average house salad; however, I did like how they had this citrus vinaigrette option. I'm not a huge fan of dairy-based dressings. I like how I could mix-and-match the my soup and salad options whenever I ordered a refill. On top of the unlimited soup/salad order, I ordered something else but the server totally forgot to put it in. I will say, the server could have been more attentive. The ambiance was fine - a basic red lobster aesthetic.

The food, as expected, was delicious. Admittedly, we went specifically for the cheesy biscuits and the Wednesday special. The ONLY thing I did not appreciate was the small print stating that the special ended at 6:00. Had we seen that, or had the waiter told us when we specifically asked for the special, it would have saved some stress and confusion when the bill arrived. So: if you go for the daily special, be sure to clarify the hours during which it is offered! That said, the manager worked well with us, things waiter kept our water and biscuit basket full, and the food was delicious.

Went with my family on 6/17/2019 and the food was pretty good as usual, but the service was the worst we've ever experienced. I think our server must have been trained at a truck stop. My son and I ordered the endless shrimp special, and we also ordered the lobster pizza as an appetizer. Our salads came out first along with my wife's soup. When the server got to the table, she dropped the crackers on the floor, then picked them up and put them back on the table.

After we'd had our salads for sometime, our appetizer finally arrived. We finished that and then our dinners came out. I had ordered the fried shrimp with fries and my plate came out with no cocktail sauce or ketchup. Had to ask for those which they did bring out. I finished my first round of shrimp but our server was nowhere to be found.

Finally, after what must have been 10 minutes or more, our server stopped at another table, picked up a bunch of dirty dishes, and then came to our table to check on us, holding other people's dirty dishes right on front of my face. I asked for more grilled shrimp and after another long wait, a runner brought out five shrimp on a skewer. I quickly ate those and we waited again for quite a while before we saw our server again. I have no idea where our server kept going for extended periods of time, but she sure managed to make herself scarce. At table near us, a couple who had also ordered the endless shrimp, and who had a different server, were getting great service and lots of shrimp.

I would have liked to have ordered more shrimp too, but after an hour and 40 minutes, we were all ready to go. Unfortunately, when the bill finally came out, it wasn't right and it took several more minutes before they got it all straightened out. I usually talk to a manager when we have sub-standard service but by the end, I was not in a good mood and thought it better not to say anything at...

I already sent in a complaint to their corporate people about how my experience was with Red Lobster. But I will tell you about my experience there. I work at a restaurant as a server/hostess and that was the worst service I’ve ever witnessed. We werent greeted for at least 10 minutes. When the server came over she didn’t bring us waters. Well we ordered drinks from the bar. That went smoothly. Then we ordered apps. They took a little while to show up. And then two minutes later our entrees arrived. We also didn’t have silverware and they never brought over the cheddar bay biscuits (the best part about being there). They were brought by someone who wasn’t our server. Maybe a good runner. Cool I get that. But we never saw our server again. She left during our dinner for a family emergency. But I didn’t know that until I over heard another server tell one of her other tables that. Didn’t really give us enough time in between to eat our apps. BTW this was my boyfriends first time eating here. He said he never wants to go back. Overall the worst dining experience ever. We spent over $100 on two people. The corporate people replied very nicely and offered to send me a gift card for my troubles. I still haven’t received that gift card and it’s been over a month. I’m obviously not going to go back to red lobster anytime soon. But if you are gonna offer something to someone, you need to follow through with it. I gave them my correct address, so I don’t know how it never showed up. I was going to regift that to someone who likes to eat there. Guess that’s not...
