Subway — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

Me and my friend went to this location on Tue April 11 2017 around 8pm. My friend went straight to the restroom and I seated myself waiting for my friend to come back and order his meal. So a subway employee, around 17, suddenly unreasonably raised his voice and asked me across the room in a very harsh and disrespectful tone:"Do you need anything?? A sandwich??" I politely responded:"No thanks, I'm just waiting to my friend - he wants to order something". When my friend showed up and started ordering he asked what goes well with certain type of bread. The employee harshly answered:"Anything!" The whole time he was very angrily staring at us with the look as we did something wrong. Maybe me not ordering, my friend's going to a restroom and us both having beards made the employee feel like we are homeless wandering around. If that's the case - it makes this situation look even worse ethically. After we left the place we decided not ever come back there and my friend threw the food away saying he lost...

Wohoo I Love subway. Their sandwiches are the best. I love every inch of their sandwich . This outlet is very customer friendly. I asked them for extra cheese and they didn't asked for extra money,😁 . Here you can make your own sandwich. Come here choose your bread from different options like oregano, parameson , sesame and garlic. Then you choose your main flavour. It could be chicken, beef , or fish. They name it Chicken tiryaki Chicken Peri Peri Chicken jalferezi Chicken turkey Beef chilled And such more. They ask you about cheese. Then they tost the bread. Then comes the vegetables part. There is a lot of variety and they add the veges in your sandwich as per your choice Onion Bell pepper Tomato Olive Pickled cucumber Spanish Olives And much more. Then comes the sauce part there is alot bunch of options to choose from. Mayonnaise Chipotle Chilli Chilli garlic Mustard Sweet honey Ketup Vinegar You can also add all of them so your sandwich is ready...

I placed an order via Subway's app to be delivered by door dash. Not only were the sandwiches not what I ordered, but they looked like they have been made by a 5 year old.

On top of that, I ordered cookies that were NOT delivered and when I tried to call the store, the first time I called it rang and rang and rang for about 3 minutes and then somebody picked up the receiver and hung it back up. So I tried calling again and it was just a busy tone. I attempted to call several more times only to have it be disconnected by someone picking up the receiver and hanging it back.

Do not go to this store especially if you're doing a to-go order because you have to sit there and watch them make it in order for them to do it properly. And if there were problems with your order don't expect any remediation.

Worst experience I've ever had I will never go there again and I urge you to not go to this...
