Rude, and Insensitive to Food Allergies!! My family and I have been eating at taco time for many years in Wyoming. The menu has VERY slight differences in Utah, but as a long time customer, and previous TT employee, I KNOW all of the basic items on the menu. My mother, sons and I had been on the road traveling long hours for three days. We came to Salt Lake, and stopped by this TT late at night, tired and hungry. I had recently been diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity, and have been learning how to navigate my new dietary needs. When we got to TT, the woman working in the Drive Tru (tall, black hair, black filled eyebrows, thick eyelashes), hardly answered back making us feel like she couldn’t hear us, or that she wasn’t there. She then would impatiently answer back, “Yeah! I got it.” I tried to order the casita burrito, thinking it was made with corn tortillas (it is at the other TT’s I’ve been to). We mentioned my gluten sensitivity, and the woman told us that the enchilada is made with the corn tortilla, not the casita burrito. We got our order, and started back on the road. Mind you, it’s 10:00 pm. I took one bite and realized it’s a freaking flour tortilla!! That woman is DAMN lucky my allergy is newly found, and not deathly serious!! I was so mad that I had to drive to Wyoming STILL tired and hungry because she told me wrong. IF YOU WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY YOU MUST PAY SPECIAL CARE AND ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH FOOD SENSITIVITIES!! You’re going to kill someone from being careless!! AND PLEASE LEARN CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE!!! I don’t care if it’s fast food, grocery, car sales, tech service, retail, or the freaking Ritz!! Treat your...

One of the features that made my visit to Taco Time truly wonderful was their remarkable fast service. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, the efficiency with which they handle orders is truly impressive. The quick turnaround time from placing my order to receiving my delicious tacos was a testament to their commitment to providing a fast and convenient experience.
The welcoming staff at Taco Time added another layer of excellence to the overall experience. From the moment I ordered, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. The staff members were not only efficient but also went the extra mile to make me feel valued as a customer. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any questions or special requests created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced my experience.
It's clear that Taco Time prioritizes customer satisfaction, and their dedication to both speed and hospitality sets them apart, at this location.

Read moreThis location is excellent, other than the locked bathrooms. Spacious, clean, friendly. This location seems like they have fresher ingredients even though every Taco Time looks and tastes fresher than any Taco joint I've ever visited. And this location seems like they stuff more into the tacos. And the mexi-nuggets are cooked better, slightly darker, crisper and tastier. I can't have wheat so my choices are very limited to tacos, nachos and some other items. I had a friend that worked here and he said the meat is high quality and very fresh. Taco Time actually grinds their own meat in house my friend said he'd handle the big slabs of fresh beef. Which really surprised me because I've always found it strange that Taco Time doesn't offer steak or shredded beef on anything. Hopefully some post Pandemic day they'll bring back the self serve ranch, salsa, lemon, lime, pico, bar. Sad to see so many locations closing and I hope they stick around. Tons of Hispanic food competition...
