Ordered butter chicken, gobi manchurian, Papdi chaat, naan, chole bhatura Butter chicken is overtly sweet. The sweetness should come from sauting onions and the addition of malai. But this dish is sugary sweet that lacked the fine balance of mixture of spices and malai/butter. Actually it is an affront to senses. However, the owner says he cannot cater to everyone's tastes when I gave hte feedback of overt sugary sweetness Papdichaat...instead of mathri , diagonal cuts of namak para is given. The amount of chutneys was not enough. Gobi manchurian... was just soggy pieces of cauliflower dipped in batter and fried liked pakoras. It's not anywhere near to manchurian, could have called it gobi pakora. naan...did not taste fresh, tasted as if store bought frozen naan. did not taste such insipid Indian...

We ordered Poori, Aalo Tikki Chaat and Kadhai Chicken. Aalo Tikki Chaat was our favorite. The Aalo tikki were perfectly shaped and soft! Since it is a takeout, the entire chaat was in different components - the Tangy sauce, Green Chilli sauce, Channa Masala and the Aalu Tikki. all components tasted amazing seperately and also when combined as a Chaat. Would have loved to have Yogurt too (the way we like it!)
Poori was amazing, this was like homemmade poori. It was soft and tasted perfectly!
The Kadhai Chicken was different that we had at other resturant. this was a tangy tomato sauce. The curry was delicous and the chicken was soft!
This is on the NE 8th Street and you have plenty of the parking inside the...

I have been ordering from this restaurant for many years and was delighted when we initially moved to Sammamish that we have a good Indian restaurant so close to our house which offers vegan options. The food used to taste like it’s really coming from mommy’s kitchen. With time, their quality degraded. It’s evident that as the business grew they are not able to scale to maintain quality. The rotis used to be fresh are clearly days old now, vegetables taste stale. Their appetizers ate certainly not appetizing and clearly are frozen items from Ashoka. I don’t need a restaurant to reheat food for me, I can...
