Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

Just went to visit today on my lunch at about 12:30pm and the young gentleman who was prepping my veggies and cashing me out didn't change out his gloves in between handling the food and register. Also, it seemed as if they were short staffed which caused the line to be slower than normal. I know certain restaurants can be short staffed for various reasons but it might be why this young gentleman wasn't wanting to change his gloves. Either way, there is no excuse. When I confronted him about not changing the gloves he just said "ya" and shrugged his shoulders (and he left his gloves on). Another issue, I just finished my turkey sandwich I got with the Artesian Italian bread and the bread seemed as if it was old or just out in the open too long. It was tough to chew. I won't be visiting this...

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only was the girl beyond slow at making the sand which. My girlfriend asked for extra olives, the girl then said "no." Then the manager at this location decided to chime in. He also said no and he denied her even when she asked if she could pay to put extra on it. He said "no, we cannot do that here."

He was extremely rude. I will never step foot into this location at all. They go against subways principle of saying that the customer gets a "yes" for whatever they want on their sandwich. Additionally, he asked us three times if we want to add chips and a drink to our purchase. Beyond frugal, it is unnecessary...i'm not sure he was aware of what franchise he works under.

I went to the Subway on E Bitters around 7 in the evening. The place was empty besides the customer ahead of me. The Subway employee was almost finished making my sandwich and everything was fine until, he reached to grab a handful of spinach to put on the sandwich. A baby roach crawled out of his hand and ran across the sandwich as he sprinkled the spinach onto the sandwich. He was instantly startled and smashed the roach there on the prep counter. He then proceeded to wrap my sandwich. He acted as if there wasn’t a roach, and didn’t even offer me a different sandwich. This was shocking and super gross. I would rate zero stars if I could. I will never eat there again. I would advise anyone to stay far away from this place, and to eat...
