Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

The Subway Clubs are always PERFECTLY made at this location! We realized we'd not been out of the house in over a week. We decided to get Subs for dinner last night! (6/2/2020) The young man who made our Subway Clubs was so methodical and carefully placed on each piece of meat and then all of our various toppings. We bought two footlong subs. The Subs with Turkey, Ham and Beef. OMG - They were delicious!!

Subway has a new cookie that I really would have loved to have tried... but, they must be really popular... as it was the only cookie they didn't have any left. Cannot wait to try the Carrot Cake cookies! They sound amazing! The young man offered to make them if we'd be willing to wait for fifteen minutes or so. We declined as it was nearing five PM and the area tends to get traffic congestion around five. 281/1604. Need I say more? lol.

We have bought numerous Subs at this location for years. They've never skimped on meat or toppings. The staff is always cheerful and willing to help! I'm so glad that the CoVid has not closed up one of our favorite locations! Good service, Good food... always...

We have ordered sandwiches from this location a few times recently and I have to write a review. Subway restaurants are usually not my favorite sandwich places. We took advantage of their $6.99 any footlong limited offer a few times and picked them up at this location. At first, we mistakenly selected this location in the App and were forced to drive here to get our sandwiches.

It was a very fortunate mistake, as we found that we really enjoyed the food and our experience picking them up. The sandwiches were prepared well and the veggies were fresh. When we arrived at the restaurant to get our order, we were greeted by the worker and he expressed his thanks for our order. That is not something we are used to at Subway restaurants.

Because of that first experience, we have returned several times and have had great food and atmosphere each time. If you want a Subway sandwich and are in this area,...

Not even a 1 star. I arrived at the location and the only lady that was there was outside the building with a Purple bag waiting for som one while there was a line inside. I asked her (since she has the uniform) if it was open. Guess what? She totally ignore me So went in because more people where coming in. She comes back inside after some minutes, doesn’t wash her hands and with and attitude starts taking orders. By that time all I wanted was a drink. And when I tell her she comes back: “Well a fountain or a bottle?” I said fountain... Guess what? They where out of lemonade and sprite. When I ask her if she had more syrups in the back she said no and kept going with the line. All this to tell you that subways is a nice and fast place for guests and someone with such a bad attitude working shouldn’t be representing a big name...
