I’ve been following them for a while and noticed they were finally on my side of town and I knew that’s exactly where I was going after work. They were at some apartments and I grabbed my family and drove straight there. Arrived after about a 15 minute drive and there was no food truck. I immediately called to see if we were in the correct location and they didn’t answer my call and responded saying “please text me”. I texted them and never received a response. I waited for a little while to also see if they would respond and nothing. Poor customer service, and it’s unfortunate because I really wanted this, it was on my mind all day. I used Coco’s ice cream truck for my wedding reception. I did a brunch reception and I wanted to have an ice cream truck. She did not disappoint! Her service was impeccable. Her communication was excellent. She even called me a week prior to my wedding to confirm details and time. On the day of my wedding, she arrived early. Coco is absolutely amazing and I would use her again in a heartbeat. Very professional and her food is amazing! Very big portions! Everyone loved it.
