uh well, my taco/chips and salsa took almost a hour, I mean who even cooks it almost an hour? Beside! This woman told me and my mom it would take 15-10 minutes , but it almost took a hour! Some people were angry, some of the food were on the counter when the staff/manager left, she wasnt at Ranchero, she wasn't serving and ordering. I may think she was drunk or something. but anyways if you're seeing this ms. staff/manager , you're doing a terrible job ^^ please get more employees to cook and serve people food. Read moreI came here because Mi Tierra was busy and I wanted to try some breakfast tacos. I waited several minutes before anyone came up to me and this lady rudely turns me away. She said I can cook the food but i don’t have anyone to run the register for me I’m only a cook here. I asked her if the restaurant is open and she says yes but I can’t charge you. Why the hell are you even open then if you can’t even provide service? She actually told me to go eat at one of the other restaurants lol never heard of someone turning away business and telling people to go elsewhere. Read moreI’ve never eaten here, but I usually stop by for a cold draft beer during Fiesta de los Reyes, Dia de los Muertos, Cinco de Mayo, New Year’s Eve, a weekday shopping trip for my Fiesta apparel, or ANY other excuse that San Antonio can find to party!
Beer prices fluctuate depending on the event and day of the week, but it is usually cheaper than the vendor booths that are setup under the bridge and out in the square.
For food during these events, I usually hit up the outdoor booths under the bridge or in the square, but definitely get your beer here my peeps!
