Everyone in my family wears glasses and we have trusted our eye health and vision correction to Dr. Phelps for years. She is thorough, and her staff is well-trained in using the technology she has in her clinic.

The office and clinic are clean, and Dr. Phelps has a generous stock of contact lenses, so even a family member’s odd prescription was available.

I appreciate that the Doctor and her staff treat this as a medical office, protecting my information, and ensuring that my treatment is private and confidential. I never feel like I am being rushed out the door, and I have confidence in Dr Phelps and her ability to care for my family’s vision.

Since I don’t want to be rushed out the door, I expect that I may have a short wait when I come for my appointment, because that person before me is getting the same level of service and treatment Dr Phelps provides to all of her patients. I also understand (and plan accordingly) that my appointment time is when I show up and complete the required paperwork, not when I’ll be sitting in the chair reading those tiny letters on the chart and deciding “which is better - 3 or 4”.

4 months ago, I was late to my initial appointment with Dr. Phelps. As a first time customer, I felt like all the staff that was helping me treated me with respect and professionalism. After the initial eye exams, Dr. C. Phelps met me in the eye exam room. She was very knowledgeable, skillful, and aware of the different problems that I was having with my vision. Additionally, if you go in for a contact lens exam, she will give you your glasses prescription for free, which most Eye Doctors do not do. There was a one week follow-up to make that my contacts were comfortable (i.e., after she gave me free trial lenses for that week). Moreover, there was no pressure to buy the contact lenses from the office--very good bedside manner!! I appreciated all the professionalism I was provided, and they told me of their new location in between the Costco & Chuckee Cheese's--close to the intersection on 281 & 1604. It was a nice office next to the Lens Crafter's store (also convenient), and unlike a lot of Eye Doctor offices, this one was very clean--even the Restroom. Had the BEST experience getting my eyes checked! Dr. Phelps' office is fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend using Visiontech 2020 for all your eye exam needs. Spotlessly clean office in all rooms, even in corners and non-traffic areas. Having previously worked in offices, I understand the constant struggle of keeping things so nice so I appreciated their obvious effort. Waiting time in Waiting Room was minimal, less than 15 mins. ALL Staff were friendly, polite, professional and efficient. The Tech was friendly, caring, professional and very patient. Dr Phelps came in shortly and immediately I felt at ease.
