I visited this location a few days ago with friends on my lunch break and didnât have a great experience. I feel like I should preface this by saying, I usually come in by myself on my lunch or early in the morning before school. When I do, there is always the same girl at the register taking orders. When i walk in, i never get a âhelloâ or âthank you for coming inâ its always pure silence until i get to the register and finally get acknowledged and she asks for my order. But even then, feel I like she always has an attitude and could be a little friendlier, smile, greet the customer, etc. On this particular day (thursday) me and a friend went in. Mind you at the time we arrived, there was only one other person in the store who had ordered before us. I order before my friend, she orders after me. A few minutes go by and I receive my smoothie. A few more minutes go by and more and more people start to come in. Me and my friend notice that the group of people who came in after us had all received their orders already, one of which was a smoothie bowl. My friend had also ordered a smoothie bowl so we were confused as to why the other group has received their before us, when they came in 5-10 minutes after we did. At this point we had been there for 15-20 minutes, still waiting on the smoothie bowl meanwhile the employees made several other in store orders AND online orders before my friend finally spoke up about the waiting. But even when she spoke up it took the girl another 5 minutes to even begin my friends order. Eventually my friend just asked for a refund because we had to get back to school. When speaking to the other employee who was primarily making the orders and issued the refund, she said âI understand why youâre upsetâŚeveryone is here for lunchâ but there was no sympathy in her tone. I understand getting busy and dealing with lunch rushes. Its the fact that we were in the store BEFORE the crowd came but were still the last to get their orders. I don't remember the exact times but lets just say we got there at 12:30, we didnât leave until 1:05 while others were in and out within 6 minutes. Update: 8-20-25 received a email stating that someone was going speak to me .. I even emailed from return email . still waiting on them ..they Dont care so theyâll continue to run this business the same way Bad Customer Service
I ordered a new watermelon smoothie never had this before. 32 ounce water mount smoothie. It tasted horrible. I told the young lady she was Asian verse sweet young girl, and she said she would make remake it. She said to go to the counter and I could we order Emely is apparently the shift leader. She said she cannot remake the smoothie that they just donât give up free smoothies. There was something wrong with the one I ordered It had a very bad flavor. Iâve come here several times recently. In order smoothies by no means what I asked him for anything free, but I was asking from the redo something that Will apparently would not up the par and below standards I was told I could throw away my smoothie, and they would remake it. I walked out with nothing. The big the biggest issue here is when you have these children running stores. Thereâs no management no boss. Well thatâs apparently what Emely said. She said she would a shift leader. People are training people very wrong nowadays, and they donât care. I kept in civil. I did ask her for her name, so I can post this. Her words were exactly this.    Read moreRecently, I visited them when they first opened and was told to download the app to start getting their rewards and offers. Today I had a reward show up in my app for a buy a 20 ounce gladiator and get a 20 ounce smoothie for free. I went in and attempted to redeem the code with the app and the young man at the register could not get it to work. Meanwhile, they have already started my gladiator smoothie and he calls the manager or owner over to see about fixing this. The manager or owner tells me that the reward may have already been redeemed, and I assured him that I had not redeemed it as it had just shown up in my app. He said sorry he could not do anything about it and did not even offer to honor it manually or do anything for the trouble. They threw away the smoothie they had just made for me and have lost a customer that would have come in at least once per week, which I know is inconsequential to a large business however, when they have only recently opened and want good reviews and feedback this will not help.
