I order from this location often and typically 4 to 5 pizzas for my team. A couple weeks ago I ordered again and asked the person I spoke with to please tell the driver where to go specifically as I am unable to answer the phone. I've never had an issue previously with this direction. For some reason the driver went to the gas station of my work place and didn't bother to go into the actual building and ask for me. He tried calling my cell but as I mentioned I am unable to answer my phone so he left. I called the resteraunt to see what happened and the general manager Roxy or Rosie said that she is unable to help me out. The best she could do is remake the pizza but I will still be charged full price and have to wait an extended amount of time due to volume of sales. I asked if she could let me have the pizza at no charge to make amends since it was poor judgement on their side and she said it would be too great a loss. I consistently spend between $40 to $70 a month if not more for my team and family x a lifetime. Playing it conservative $500 a year times a lifetime of myself and family and your worried about $60. Not a smart move on your end and I do hope someone has a conversation with Roxy about how to keep customers loyal and the long term effect of bad business decisions. Double Dave's came through in the clutch so I guess that's what my team and family will enjoy moving forward. Read moreMarcos is my favorite pizza place & normally we have not had any issues. Today 7Jan we ordered for delivery. The tracker says pizza is cooking but then the scheduled delivery time came & went. I called the store & the guy said he couldn't find the order. Then nonchalantly the guy says do you want a refund? I fired back that no I'd like my pizza order. He then says they were so busy he didn't know where it was. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was actually LESS helpful than the previous guy. He tried to blame it on the previous manager on duty since his shift just started. I told him that as a leader & manager you can delegate authority but you can never delegate the RESPONSIBILITY! So trying to assign blame is very immature rather than offering up some sort of resolutions. He basically acted like he didn't care plus he added it would take 3 days for a refund. Totally unacceptable & unprofessional all around. I was so disappointed in their lack of professionalism & piss poor customer service.

Update#1: Jan 13, 2020. Owner response show he/she doesn't read comments or employee providing standard "positive" feedback. Latter probably accurate. That in itself says something about the company. Clarification: Just went today to order South Flo Pizza @ HEB+ 16" Hawaian with extra sriracha sauce and Supreme with extra veggies and added jalapeno. No extra charge. Both thin and delicious for $17.32. Now ask yourself why buy a small for $8.99 to feed 1 maybe 2 people. No, I don't work for or promote HEB. Just respect good value and stretch my dollar. Costco has a 18" med crust feeds family of 4 with 2pcs ea. Marcos definitely earns 2.75⭐s for value and taste.
