I can't leave a review on Uber Eats so I'll leave one here. This was terrible. I got the Chicken Shish Kebab plate and it looked sad. 5 small dry pieces of chicken breast that has no flavor. The salad was so lackluster - staying true to the zero flavor approach to food. The rice was ok but the only thing that gave this plate color was the charred jalapeno; that burnt vegetable literally had the most flavor in that dish. I also had the hummus. Baby food. It has olives. The presentation was.... Inappropriate to have that price. The pita bread was probably the most offensive item of all. In my experience,it is so hard to screw up pita bread - I can even finish pita that's burnt, it's still good somehow. This was literally just an uncooked flour tortilla. I am not sure who is having the best meals of their lives to give this place 4 stars but this was such a disappointment. I will never set foot in this place. I will always recommend my friends to eat elsewhere. To be this out of touch and think 5 pieces of the saddest chicken breasts constitutes $20 is absurd and I believe this level of absurdity should only be met with the same level of absurdity. Selling me this dish was a mistake.

The Mediterranean Turkish restaurant offers an authentic dining experience featuring traditional Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. Located in a quieter section of a shopping area, the restaurant boasts a pleasant ambiance and is well-maintained, with a clean interior that adds to its appeal. Upon entering, I was promptly greeted and seated as the first customer of the day. After a brief wait, I placed my order for the feta plate as an appetizer. I also got the Mixer which includes a delightful mix of chicken, beef, and lamb. However, I recommend requesting that the appetizer be served in advance, as both the appetizer and main dish were delivered simultaneously. The establishment also provides complimentary bread, which is a nice touch. I suggest pairing it with the olive oil mixed with seasonings for a flavorful dipping experience, although it is worth noting that no additional condiments are provided. Hummus is available on the menu as well. Overall, this restaurant is a lovely choice for a casual date or a family outing. It offers ample seating and a comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic Turkish dining experience.

I've eaten here a few times, half of them when a Groupon was offered. The food here is pretty good. Authentic flavors, decent sized portions, and fair prices. I have never had to wait to be seated, but I've always dined in the late afternoon to evening. Customer service here has been consistently good, no wait for refills and no problems using the Groupon coupons I've shown up with. As far as Mediterranean food goes in San Antonio, this is a pretty decent place to eat if your in the area. The restaurant is located in a shopping center just across from the mall and makes a decent place to eat if your not wanting to dine in the food court. My favorite items to order here are the Doner Kabab and the Kofte Kebab, both of which are excellent and have good flavor. If your new to Mediterranean food I highly recommend trying these items as they vary in flavor from place to place, but this restaurant has some that are pretty good. I will be returning to dine again. Food Quality 8/10 Price 7/10 Location 9/10 Customer Service 8/10

This has been one of my favorite places to Turkish food until last night. I'm not sure if I will go back again. Let me start out that the food has been delicious and it takes me back to the time spent in Turkey. I write that it has been because last I took person very special to me for her to taste the cuisine here. She ordered the falafel plate and I ordered the chicken kebab plate. There were three other tables with patrons there as well. After placing our order, our drinks arrived, then the bread and after about 5 minutes the humus. Eventually, approximately 10 minutes later, my guest's falafel plate was brought out. She wanted to wait for me to get my food as well but I insisted that she start. After having eaten almost half of what was on her plate, I decided to cancel my order. I had previously asked the waitress for it and she said that it was coming out/getting served. Needles to say, my guest and I waited another 10 minutes when I went to cancel my order, which had not been plated as of yet. That's why I wrote that the food "has been" because last night I didn't taste it other than the bread and the humus. The temperature in the restaurant was warm enough for me to sweat. Yes I had one glass of Turkish tea but that should not have made me sweat the way that I was. During our dining experience the waitress did not return to see if we needed refills in our drinks. This experience was very unpleasant that I'm not sure if I will ever return. Once again, the food has always been by favorite in the past but the atmosphere and service was less than...

I was visiting San Antonio with my family and found this restaurant on yelp and based on the reviews we decided to go there. First the place is small and busy, they are understaffed and trying to keep up with the guests. We ordered an appetizer sampler, a mixed grill for tow, french fries and lamp Tava. They had live music and belly dancers. The food took a bit longer than expected to come. The appetizers were not good, I mean edible but not yummy. The main course was 3 pieces of grilled chicken, I would say a half skewer of ground chicken, half of ground beef, some pieces of Doner and 3 pieces of lamp chunks. Before we place the order we asked if they could substitute the chicken for lamb they said no substitution! The portion was too small to be for 2. We asked for another mixed grill for one. The Doner was too greasy and the chicken little bit burned on the outside but chewy in the inside. The second order of mixed grill came so late we were going to leave, to make it up they gave us the large one. When we got the check we were charged for 2 large instead of one large and one regular and an extra fries. The manager was upset when we told him about it and was not willing to change it. Then he changed it. I think they were overwhelmed and 2 people serving the entire place! They tried but... Over all I am disappointed. I have had Turkish food in many places and was never disappointed...

All I can say is wow a few years back we used to come here all the time however it's been a while. I was not aware that the owner had changed but I should have known walking in the place is run down dirty we were sitting in the last table towards the back the floor next to the table was disgusting the restaurant was totally empty I should have known right then! However since we drove there we figured we stayed another mistake the food looked heated up not fresh like used to we had the wine leaves as appetizers 100% came out the can we ordered the dinner plate I had the regular which degrees was dripping off the meet my friend had a chicken dinner plate nothing like we used to have. Again nobody else was in the restaurant the waitress did not once asked us if we needed a drink refill if we needed anything when we wanted something we had to call her over the owner was sitting at the table with his laptop like he's in his living room yes needless to say the atmosphere non-working just horrible that's why I asked him if the owner had changed because we never experience such bad service before definitely will not go back. Tips to the owner I get it not everybody can invest in the business but at least...
