Terrible experience here. Workers standing around chatting and talking and not helping customers. The store is overwhelmingly packed with so much stuff, you canât find anything and no one wants to help. I wanted a specific body spray but could only find a tester. There were 2 employees standing right next to the perfume display so I walked up to them to see if they could help me find the spray but they ignored me and just stood there talking. I decided to go to the checkout with my other items and ask the cashier for help instead. I said, â I want this specific body spray, but all I can find is the tester. Is there anyway you can look to see if there are any more bottles on the floor?â Her response was, â Theyâre probably arenât anymore on the floor.â I was shocked at her response because she didnât even check. So I said well since there are no more bottles on the floor and all you have left is this tester, the sprays are marked down to $5.99, can I just buy the tester?â She said, âno you cannot buy the tester because it has been used by other people.â I responded with, âyes, I am quite aware that the tester has been used by other people, but Iâm fine with that because I want the specific spray. There are so many displays of perfumes and sprays that I canât look for them all and there is so much stuff going on in the store, but none of the employees wanna help me because theyâre standing there talking so could you please go look for the bottle of spray for me? â She just kept saying, âif you couldnât find it itâs probably not out there on the floor.â This frustrated me even more because she wasnât looking. I then repeated myself â I will go ahead and purchase the tester bottle. It is completely full, and I have no problem with it being used by other people.. Since nobody wants to help me look for the spray, I would like to purchase the tester bottle.â I could tell that she was very frustrated, but as her being the employee, she should have looked for the bottle of spray. The other two employees were too busy talking, and I didnât see any other employees on the floor, so I was just as frustrated, if not more. I was holding items in my hand and was not able to walk through the entire store to look for the spray bottle when the employee couldâve easily looked in the system, or went on the floor to look for herself for the specific item. She was adamant that she would not sell me the tester bottle and told me I could order one. Why would I order a bottle when I could buy it right there and have it right there? She wasnât very nice, she didnât smile, she looked bothered. The male employee cashier next to her was looking over at us, but he never stepped in to try to assist either. I donât know if these employees are just bored, underpaid, or donât want to work like the rest of society, but I will never shop at this Victoriaâs Secret again. In fact, I canceled my Victoriaâs Secret credit card because of this experience. The store needs to be more organized, and the employees need to be working, and not standing there talking. I left very frustrated and annoyed. I didnât get my spray Nor will I be ordering it. I will go to Bath and body Works to find a similar spray. Very, very disappointed and very, very poor...
   Read moreI have always shopped at this VS location but today was the first time I ever got the kind of customer service every girl should receive!!! Nora was one of the best associates I have ever had help me by FAR! I came in looking for a strapless bra but because VS has such a big selection I was having trouble finding what I need. Nora asked me if she could help, listened and asked questions to figure out what style best fit me and my personality. She also took my measurements because I told her my bras have been feeling tight and sure enough I was a size bigger. She literally picked three beautiful styles that would have taken me 30min or longer to find on my own. I originally only came in to buy one strapless bra, but after trying on all the bras she recommended I fell in love and took them all home with me! Not only that she suggested some matching panties and helped me look for my size and style once again. All in all she helped get me 4 new bras. 4 panties, and since it's my bday week I got to use my $15 off coupon on my VS CARD. I usually don't write reviews but I felt that it was important that she was acknowledged for her attention to detail and wonderful customer service.    Read moreWhen we first went to the store everything seemed okay, however we received no help from any employees and when we left we noticed they didnât put an item we paid for in the bag so we called a manger named Jessica and she said that when we go to the store to ask for her and she will fix the situation. So when we went into the store once again we asked for her and they said just go straight to her register and when we did we were completely embarrassed in front of the entire store, she yelled saying back of the line because itâs an inconvenience to others, however it was an inconvenience to drive back to the mall and wait in the line all overs again. We ended up have to wait 30 minuets because they sold our item and had no more, when we spoke to the other manager she laughed and was extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional and her name was Monica. When we asked for their names they refused at first so we asked an employee for their names and Monica ended up giving us a 20% off card that expired in 2016. This was such a horrible experience we got completely disrespected didnât get our item back and it was the worst customer service we have ever received this companyâs employees are completely unprofessional.
