Kokee Tea - North Star — Restaurant in San Antonio

Never been here before so had to check out the menu for a moment. No other customers, so I took my time. The cashier was visibly impatient with me and I heard her muttering under her breath. I ordered and asked about the milks, she answered rudely. I was with someone but they didn't order anything, so I paid and I guess the cashier said next to my friend, she wasn't in line so didn't answer and the cashier started cursing, I suppose she was annoyed. So we said we didn't appreciate her attitude. She gave more attitude so we asked to speak with someone else. They said they didn't have a manager but another employee walked up and immediately was rude and defensive without at least asking us what happened first. We said the other employee was rude and cursed and her response was "we're allowed to curse and if she didn't curse at you then it's none of your business." We just explained that it's unprofessional and left. If I hadn't already paid I wouldn't have tipped and just walked away had I known they were going to be so rude. Too bad the drink was good! But makes me not want to...

HORRIBE. took me one hour for me and my siblings drinks. We get there about 5:20 pm (I have been at this place a few times and get great drinks and service) so we get in line a couple groups of people shouldn't be too bad. Well there is only one person working and she is really slow, dropping stuff and looks miserable. We wait for about 30 minutes and it's finally our turn to order I order a drink for me and my sister and she stares at me soulessly and doesn't say a world the whole time. She starts my drink and then after it's finish she notices that she doesn't have any lids. So then silently leaves to go get them. if she asked I would've just gone without a lid but she is only mumbling. So my drink is sitting there behind the counter with the ice melting for over 15 minutes waiting for her to get back. After she gets she starts trying to add a lid on my melted drink so I have to remind her it's melted. Anyway I'm not sure if I'll come back anytime soon drink was mid...

I’m real disappointed, I go here every time I shop which is pretty often because this is my favorite milk tea place, but this time when I went December 19th around 5 (on my birthday too) they woman was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and glaring at me when I asked for a water with what I had ordered. Once I heard my number called I realized it was the wrong drink, I always get the same thing so I noticed and I told her what I had ordered and showed her my receipt and she said that what she made is what I asked for so that is what I was going to get. I was stunned and another employee came up and asked what the issue was and I just told her I’d gotten the wrong order when the first woman argued that I was lying. I just told them it was fine and I’d leave and they scoffed and walked away. I’ve never been treated this awfully anywhere I’ve gone and I’m honestly just stunned especially since I left her a $3 tip on a $5 drink. So sad I will not...
