I absolutely love Munchies! It's a must-try for anyone craving authentic Mexican treats. From the moment you walk in, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. Literally, everything on the menu is good. We always get the corn in a cup and the chicharron preparado, but we also enjoy trying different items each visit.

All the drinks are fantastic, with the milkshakes being fresh and delicious. They offer a variety of flavors, and each one is better than the last. The empanadas are so good they could have their own restaurant. Each bite is bursting with flavor, and they are always perfectly cooked.

2 days ago I came and ordered a tray of fruit with only mango, watermelon and strawberries. Their tray comes advertised with 5-6 fruits. I came back today and ordered that assortment tray but only mango and watermelon and they wanted to charge extra because it has mango.(mango is advertised as one of the fruits that comes in the assortment. I told the gentlemen that I came two days prior and ordered the same thing and they didn’t charge extra. He argued with me and said it was wrong and he was gonna charge me more. It’s not even about the 2 dollars extra they were charging, it’s about the principle of charging me extra for the same order I did two days prior. We have been coming here since they first started out on NW Military Hwy. But it seems like their customer service is declining at least at the 1604 location. For example, most recently we ordered a Tostitos preparada but all they gave us was crumpled bag of Tostitos chips, a cup of cheese, and mini cup of Valentino. No explanation as to why it wasn’t prepared or anything. They just charged us and that’s it. My husband did not want to make a fuss so he paid and left. I on the other hand was very disappointed that we paid close to $5 for something unprepared and missing ingredients at that.
