First time here! I honestly had no idea there was a Krispy Kreme here lol. (I don't get out much!) Drove by it on our way to dinner. We ended up stopping by on our way home to pick up treats for the family 😁 The lobby was closed, so you need to go through the drive through. As we tried to figure out what to get, the girl on the microphone was super helpful and also shared the current special. She was patient as we tried to figure out what to order, even when we kept changing our minds 🤦‍♀️ sorry about that! We pulled up to the window to pay and they almost charged us the full amount instead of the special price they had going on, but thankfully caught it just in time. Whew! Thank you! Waited till we got home, and every thing was perfect! The classic glazed is my fave and they took me back to the days we used Krispy Kreme to fundraiser lol. We also ordered a variety and they all looked great! Everything looked fresh, clean and neat. Tasted great too! We will be back now that we know they are here 🙌

What To Order: Plain Hot Doughnuts If you've never been to Krispy Kreme before you've been missing out. You have to order when the right sign is on though, so you get doughnuts fresh out of the fryer. This only applies to the original plain doughnuts. You might be tempted by all the crazy flavors, or doughnuts with toppings or fillings, but surprisingly the best doughnuts they have are the plain ones. When the doughnuts are fresh you can barely hold on to them, not because they are hot, but because they collapse between your fingers. They are so soft they almost melt in your mouth, and you cant eat just one. I usually eat about 3 before I even think about stopping. I remember when the locations first opened and the lines wrapped around the building and down the road. Now that we have a few locations you almost never have to wait. Next time you drive by and see the red sign lit up, pull in and order a dozen, you wont be disappointed. .

My daughters had a party there yesterday and I cannot even tell you how impressed and blown away I am by the whole experience! Of course we all know that the donuts there are amazing, but they throw fantastic birthday parties there too! From booking the party with the Manager, Tory (who might have been the most enthusiastic person I have ever spoken to!), to being greeted by Kim, the manager on duty when we go there, to seeing all they had planned for the girls, still has me in utter shock (the amazing kind)! Martha Alicia was our party host and she could not have been kinder and more enthusiastic, the girls colored, did a craft, decorated donuts, played games (all led by Martha) and then they brought out this amazing donut cake to literally top the party off. They set up, they cleaned up! OMG!!!! Heaven, oh, did I mention they even provided prizes for the girl who won the games? Cannot recommend more highly!

Unfortunately, service has gone down at this location, and while we are halfway between the two north location, we will be making our way over to the I-10 location from now on.

We paid for a donut cake (not exactly cheap), and the guy who took my order didn't even use an order form, so he ripped out some receipt tape and scribbled it down. I was skeptical and called the morning of the evening I needed to pick it up. I was assured it would be ready and they confirmed my order.

However, when my husband and I showed up to pick it up that night, it wasn't ready. Moreover, they claimed they didn't make the kind I ordered. I asked why I wasn't told that earlier. They said instead of a 5 dozen they would need to charge me for two 3 dozen (which is more expensive). The other solution they told me was just do either 3 doz or 9 doz. Someone can't do math, because that is way less and more than what I needed.

While this is unfolding, the girl helping us was huffing around and acting like we were putting her out. No manager came over (she had to go to the back to "ask" multiple times to make this special arrangement for us). None of the employees were apologetic. When she was done making the tower, she handed me a tray of donuts. I asked what that was for, and she said it was my order. No cellophane, wrap, or packaging on the outside. Um, no, that won't work for transporting.

Needless to say, we will not be giving them our business in future, and suggest you go to a different...

Been a long time Krispy Kreme fan. My wife and I decided to get a donut after dinner and were delighted when we saw the sign lit up, indicating that hot donuts are coming off the conveyor and that a hot, free glazed donut was in my future. I parked the car and walked to the door. The lobby was closed, so thought we’d try the drive through. After waiting for about 5 cars, we ordered a lemon filled and a creme filled, only when we got to the window, they mentioned they were out of creme filled. I asked if we could each have a free one off the the conveyor, and the worker said, we don’t give out free ones when the lobby is closed. So they turn on the light to attract customers who unknowingly will have their hopes dashed. Strike 2. Krispy Kreme used to be a special place, and the workers were always looking for ways to bless…the joy the workers showed when handing out free donuts to our kids was contagious. Now it’s just a long drive through line, ok donuts and no apologies or compassion when they run out of what you want. Average deserves a 3.

Update on 4/29/22…tonight they did give out free ones to the drive through, but the lobby was still closed, and they were out of all filled donuts…no creme filled, no lemon filled, no strawberry filled or custard filled. I guess they should rename this place just Krispy, because they have nothing with Kreme. You are a donut shop…please...

Drive through experience was meh. At 8am on a Saturday morning (prime donut consuming time) there was something like 4 donut varieties available. Literally everything we asked for was unavailable, and so were our second choices. Ordering felt like I was playing battleship, until finally we were told what they did have.

THEN we pull around the corner to approach the window and there is only one person in front of us. No big deal, right? Wrong. Turns out this person was buying coffee for some big meeting or sports event or something, so we had to sit there for something like 10-15 minutes while they (I assume due to the time it took) brewed 3 or 4 jugs of coffee for this person. Most drive through spots these days will have you pull ahead, park, and bring you out whatever if, you know, your order is gonna take a quarter of an hour and the guy behind you is just waiting on 5 donuts. Not Krispy Kreme policy apparently. If I had a way out, I would have left..

The final frustration once the coffee person had finally moved on was the bees!!! I wish I was making this up, but there were a bunch of bees buzzing around the drive through window, it was pretty distressing when I had to roll down my window to make the transaction. Huge amount of respect for the workers there having to put up with that. Hopefully none of them have...
