A year ago, the service was on point. What happened?
It’s definitely been some time since I’ve stepped into this Smoothie King; however, I wished I hadn’t after receiving the wrong order twice. BHH to the cashier - I could tell this was possibly a first job for her. Assuming that I made sure to be very clear with my order because I originally had planned a HIT and a two hour workout after consuming the beverage..or so that was the plan. I put my order in, exchange cash and a receipt with a generous tip. There I am sitting down patiently waiting for my order. It turned out that my ticket was not printed and I was waiting..sitting there thinking I was waiting for my order. Okay, fine. I do not mind waiting longer (hence, my initial plan). I quickly informed both staff my order again which was a 32oz Hulk Vanilla with added protein. I was given acknowledgement so I sat back down and waited. When I was called upon I saw one staff member holding a 20oz Hulk (no added protein) with a much smaller cup in hand and handed both out to me with a response of, “I made a little extra for the inconvenience.” I looked at her in disbelief and disappointment. I should have known that by her demeanor and how she handled the cash that sh did not take this job seriously ..that or that her mind wasn’t there with her at work. I was disappointed. I let the staff know the order was incorrect for the second time, but wanted to be done with feeling of disappointment. I wished them both a great rest of their day.

Literally the only customer in the store and the employees just chatting away (understandable when no one’s there) cashier kept talking though when we were ready to order and at the register. That’s when my order got messed up. Drinks were ready and I went to pick up and wrong drinks and not what I ordered. I let them know and the manager had an attitude. If they weren’t talking while I was taking my order they wouldn’t have gotten it wrong. The manager then tries to continue to give me the wrong order stating it had the same ingredients. I said I would like what I came here for. They remade the drinks but stated the incorrect drinks they will freeze and use for future use since the incorrect drinks were pretty popular. I know when I go to smoothie king I do not want a previously frozen drink (I would want a fresh one) they’ve stated that there were multiple in their freezers that even some of them were pretty old so I would keep a close eye on how they prepare your drinks and if they give you an old one from their freezer because they messed up. Overall experience was just not the best even though no one...
Read moreI’m pretty upset, I pulled up and I see the worker on her phone just standing there, I proceed to go in and she tells me to hold on as she starts counting her register…. That should’ve been done before getting customers but ok. She then takes my order and as I’m waiting a man walks in and says he’s there for his mobile order.. which i look over and see nothing ready for him to pick up, mind you she was alone however she seemed to have time to be on her phone instead of preparing for customers to help herself have an easier day, she proceeds to cut the banana for my smoothie bowl as slow as possible while the man waiting on his mobile order takes a seat and I notice as she’s placing the lid on my smoothie it rises as if it was over flowing brought it to work sat down ready to eat it and it spills everywhere, not sure if she’s new but she shouldn’t be alone in the store to handle customers especially if she can’t seem to prepare herself for customers her name was HAN T. Please help...
