Their coffee is bold, smooth, and full of flavor — you can taste the care that goes into every cup. The matcha is just as amazing — perfectly balanced and refreshing — and don’t even get me started on the beignets! They’re light, fluffy, and dusted with just the right amount of powdered sugar — a true NOLA classic done right.

Early this (Sunday) morning I wanted something different. I saw PJ's and decided to stop. I'm glad I went in. A beautiful place, the warmth radiates. Comfortable looking seating, inviting wood and chalk. Two people behind the counter, two "Hello's". I was in only 14mins after opening but they seemed in full mid-day swing. They were so kind and helpful. The leader explained the mission, purpose and driving factors in a way that was palatable, not rehearsed. Then she guided me thru the menu food and drink selections. I order a Banana Foster's latte, Pecans and Praline latte, spinach and cheese pastry, 3 beignets and a king cake piece. All the food and drinks were delicious. Prepared nicely and appealing. I was in such a rush every thing was eaten before pics. This is my new coffee shop. I am definitely going to bring my wife. I can't wait to try the other drinks...

I love beignets, so when I heard PJ’s coffee had them, I knew we had to stop by. The place has a cozy vibe and an impressive menu. We ordered the beignets, a chocolate chip scone, and a matcha latte.

With the latte, you can pick which milk you prefer. My daughter went with almond.

So how were the beignets? Oh man. They come out warm and covered with powdered sugar. We all were fans. Fluffy and perfect. With the crazy week this had been, these beignets were like a warm hug.

The matcha latte was delicious and the scone also came out warm and chocolatey.

The staff was kind, the place was clean which is impressive when you’re dealing with beignets and powdered sugar, and everything came out in a timely manner. We will be back!
