Horrible experience! Their food has always been mediocre and their customer service right there too. Out of 100% they are on point maybe 5% of the time. However when I recently visited it just got worse. They forgot a part of my order and they even got my sandwich order wrong! But I went back to get it fixed and still after that 2nd attempt they got it wrong. On top of getting it wrong the rest of our food got cold and they gave us like 5 fries in each box. We trusted that they would get the order right the 2nd time but we were wrong. We proceed to call and got the “manager” Sophia. Who completely dismissed everything we said about the food and didn’t acknowledge how they messed up a simple order. She then proceeded to have the audacity to say that since we live far it’s our fault the food was cold when that’s not the case because our food every time we take it home always remains a good temperature when they do it right the FIRST time. As I requested another manager she refused saying she was the only “manager” or the highest “manager” which I didn’t believe because no way they would hire someone so unprofessional and child like as a manger . She refused to resolve the issue and talk like an adult and proceed to hang up on me and avoid my calls when I just wanted a resolution but her condescending comments and attitude didn’t help the conversation go far. I’ve never had this happen with a “ manager” but then again I don’t think I was talking to one . I think I was just talking to an immature girl who didn’t like what she was hearing and thought I’m going to hang up and act like a child. I don’t know how management is not reprimanded for this behavior I guess it shows canes poor customer service.
Also I’ve already filed a complaint / concern on canes website and still have not been reach out to address this concern. Poor customer...
Read moreI had dinner with my daughter and my little boy, after dinner before leaving we recognized one of my phones missing my little boy he forgot where he left the phone then we asked the staff about it because we still at the restaurant then the guy working there said no we didn't find any phone then we spent 30 minutes looking for the phone inside the restaurant looking under the tables went around the restaurant and coming inside asking the cashier did you find the phone and he said sorry already we told you we didn't find any phone and I was calling the phone more than 30 times and I was sure the phone inside the restaurant because finding my phone shows the phone in same place after 30 minutes calling the phone looking inside the restaurant keep asking them after that they said oh we had it inside the office 30 minutes ago we found it, so I started shouting them why you were trying hiding the phone we asked you 2 times we were calling the phone 30 times and looking for the phone infront of you so were you trying stealing it by saying we don't have it each time we were asking you about it, then the manager just want defend about the employee that he didn't know about the phone, I had to call 911 but I had no time and I didn't want make it big, my phone was inside the restaurant inhand the employees and they were answering us we didn't see the phone, I can't believe that happened inside...
Read moreI went August 16th around 9:30pm. There was a huge line for the drive thru around the restaurant. I decided to get down to place my order to go. When I got home I notice a small curly hair in my food. i immediately felt disgusted and refused to feed my family the food. I called the restaurant and it took forever for someone to pick up. The lady who picked up the phone said that the team member who took my order was no longer there so she could not provide a refund. She referred me to the website to provide feedback to customer service/corporate. I submitted my complaint concern. I threw away the food. The following day customer service/corporate called me back. They apologized and requested a picture of the hair so they can help with a refund. I did not keep the hair?! Who would do so? She said because I didn't have a picture she could not refund me but send me coupons instead. I said fine and was highly dissatisfied. She said it would take 10 days to receive.
