I am writing to provide some feedback on my recent experience at Munchies, specifically regarding their Mexican street snacks. Overall, while I found their snacks to be satisfying, I felt that there were certain areas that could use improvement. First and foremost, I must commend Munchies on their selection of Mexican street snacks. The variety offered truly captures the authentic flavors and essence of Mexican cuisine. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the menu and trying out different dishes. The flavors were rich and the presentation was visually appealing. However, upon closer inspection, I must express my opinion that the quality of the snacks was just satisfactory. While they were enjoyable, they did not exceed my expectations. Consequently, I would rate my experience at Munchies with a 3 out of 5 stars in terms of the snacks themselves. Another area that I believe requires attention is the customer service at Munchies. While the staff was polite and accommodating, I found that they lacked attentiveness and promptness during my visit. It would be beneficial for Munchies to invest in training their employees to provide a more efficient and attentive service to their customers. Strengthening the customer service aspect would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. In terms of pricing, I found Munchies to offer reasonably priced Mexican street snacks. The affordability was certainly a positive aspect and would attract customers who are looking for quality food at a fair price. However, I do believe that the value can be further maximized by improving the overall dining experience, particularly in terms of the quality of snacks and customer service. To summarize, Munchies has a commendable selection of Mexican street snacks that encapsulate the essence of the cuisine. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of the snacks and the attentiveness of the customer service. Taking steps to address these areas would undoubtedly elevate the dining experience at Munchies and leave customers more satisfied. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to seeing the anticipated improvements at Munchies.

I enjoyed all the munchies I could! The empanadas were all good. I really like the spinach/cheese, and ham/cheese. They have other options such as chicken, and beef which were also good. The yellow dipping sauce for the empanadas is perfect comb with all the empanadas. The loaded nachos was scrumptious, and the corn was a great addition. The chicharrón preparado was good, but you have to eat it fast as it gets soggy quick. There are other menu options, and drink options. I’d recommend this place for a quick snack. There is space to sit inside, but it’s limited. They have outdoor seating as well which is also limited. There is plenty of parking. The wait for the snacks was longer than I would have liked but it was worth the wait as the empanadas came out hot, and fresh. The staff was very kind in greeting us as we entered, they were patient with us trying to figure out what we wanted, and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed before enjoying our snack. It was very clean, and I love that they have games you can play while you wait for your snack. 🤍

Very disappointing. Cheese was cold on hot Cheetos & cheese, we ordered two and both were cold. Our corn in a cup was swimming in the water where they didn’t correctly drain it. I went back to the counter & ordered nachos & asked if the cheese can’t be hotter because the one on the hot Cheetos was room temperature & the women & man working here seemed so offended by it, they had attitude & were very rude. As if i would be asking for these items for free or in a bad manner. zero reviews if possible !! Attached is the water I removed from the corn in a cup.

Word of warning the line will be long. Ordered the corn in a cup which I had to ask for more cheese cause it was kinda watery but good overall 8/10. also ordered the nachos with jalapeño which they put very little cheese and 5 slides of jalapeños so 1/10 rather make that at home. Next is the fresanada which if you prefer more of an ice cream consistency then it was great 8/10 but eat it quick because as it melts it gets like obviously melted ice cream. And finally the beef empanada which was so horrible. It tasted like a stripes fried bean burrito, they freeze them then fry them and it made the meat not only very mushy but all you can taste is the fried dough which was very hard and greasy not only that but they advertised it as 3 empanadas but it’s actually only 1 for almost $6 which I think is ridiculous for something not even fresh, definitely wouldn’t get that again. Staff especially front girl is apathetic. I’d probably only come back for their elote, it’s the only place that I’ve seen has it...
