The worst service we've ever received! My husband went to pick up a plain burger for our 4 year old son. My husband made it clear to the cashier that he was ordering a plain burger and she even repeated "meat, cheese, bun" to confirm. When he received the order he noticed the burger was not plain so he pointed it out to the cashier. Rather than making it right she sat and argued with him about how he hadn't ordered it plain. She was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. When he finally came home and we gave my son the burger, we found out they snuck onions in between the meat. I cannot believe a business would be so spiteful to purposely ruin a customer's meal! We ended up throwing away the burger due to concerns of the food being altered in other ways by the horrible staff. We didn't feel it was worth going back to request a refund since the staff had been so rude to begin with. It is unfortunate as we are locals and we will not be returning ever again, and I suggest others...

They just opened for business so I get it. Probably still working out the kinks but I was disappointed considering all the hype this place has gotten. To start with the pros, the kids working here are so sweet, the vibe is cute, and the fries were good! Well seasoned and a nice thin cut.

But the cons consisted of them being out of their chocolate shake (but had vanilla...not sure how that works) and the burger was lackluster. Not what I was expecting when I ordered the "Classic" (Buttery brioche bun, beef patty, melted American cheese, thinly sliced grilled onions, pickles, 1000 island sauce). It was dry, cold, and had a plastic like texture on the cheese.

Maybe it was because I ordered take out and didn't dine in. Some burgers just don't travel well but I only live 7 mins away. Hoping to give this place another shot since it's suppose to be curated by a chef from a two Michelin-starred restaurant but not sure if I will when preexisting burger shops in LJ are...

“Good Burger, Heart-Stopping Fries”

Tried the American Burger ($13) and Dirty Fries. The burger was really good, 8/10—flavorful and satisfying. The fries? 4/10. Way too heavy, and after three bites, I felt my heart stop. Needs seasoned fries like Rally’s/Checkers to save it. Better than In-N-Out, but that’s not saying much. Top it off with a Latitude 33 Blood Orange IPA, which really brings the universe together. Would recommend, but don’t expect a fry miracle.

Super art direction. The staff was friendly and the menu design was simple and easy to understand. Unfortunately, I felt the food didn’t really match the price. 32 dollars for two burgers and a shake and the burgers just were missing the pizzazz that I expected for a 10 dollar burger. It wasn’t bad by any means, but if the menu is going to closely reflect a similar menu to in n out for example, it has to excel in the burger department for the price. The shake was good, but I didn’t feel it was all that special.
