We enjoyed a sublime dinner at Pamir Kabob House this past Sunday evening. Arrived there around 7:30pm and entered into a very clean, warm environment. There is a both a modern dining area and a traditional "tooshak" dining area. We were promptly greeted and seated. We enjoyed a succulent kofta kabob, bolanee, sambosa, and maashawa. The food was ready and brought out in a timely manner. Everything from A to Z, including the chai was marvelous. Mind you, I don't normally comment when eating out, as I am a bit critical. Owners and employees were sweet and took the time to talk and...

The filet mignon was a great value for the money, especially compared to a steakhouse. The zardaloo chalow was extremely good, especially if you like sweet stews. The lamb was excellently cooked and really melted in my mouth. I’ve had lamb at other places where it was chewy, this was not.
The server was nice and attentive. I’d recommend...
