Sorry guys, but a swing and a miss. My mobile order did not appear in their system. However, I stood in their pick up area for over 30min without anyone asking if I needed help. They were very busy so I figured they were running slow. I eventually hopped in line and brought up my concern that my order had an issue. They replaced the chicken biscuit I wanted with a spicy chicken sandwich, but balked at adding bacon and cheese. They also made no offer at compensating me for the biscuit I wanted. After having worked in multiple food service locations I can tell you this is sub par for most places, especially Chick fil A. I have been to dozens of various CFA franchises in my travels and never had customer service bobbled this bad. Really disappointed today, y'all were my golden standard. I wouldn't normally say something, but having a bunch of time in the industry... I just can't let it slide.

Read moreThe employees need to be nicer and more respectful. I've never been to a location where I was treated like I was the one with the problem. As we walked to our table the employee was also walking up with our meal. He put the tray down and immediately you could see the fries were gross and oil galore. I pointed it out. I picked up a fry and showed him how even the bag they came in was oil soaked. They were also cold. When I said that to him he had the nerve to say that it was our fault for taking too long to sit down. I reminded him that we both walked up at the same time! I also got charged for a lemonade I didn't order. When I showed him my receipt he said it was b/c I didn't scan my reward points... well sir I actually had a gift card that clearly you scanned but still charged me. We didn't get the sauces we asked for so that was another trip to the counter. Then we didn't get the dressing or toppings for our salad. Another trip to the counter. Believe it! Read moreWe decided to try out chic fil a breakfast for the first time, and we were so disappointed. We did pick up for this location at 8:30am and they forgot our hash brown order as well as all of the sauces we requested. If you know chic fil a, you know most locations are very good about including their sauce requests in the bag! Chic fil a sauce is their staple! So i was sad to see that we had absolutely no sauces or hash browns. We went back in and they made it “right” by giving us 2 sauces (even though originally we had asked for 8) and our hash browns.
We are staying at a nearby hotel so the food should be piping hot by the time we got to our room! The chic fil a minis were soggy and gross. The hasbrowns were soggy and cold!! The sandwiches had minimal chicken on it.
I will say one bad location does not mean all of them are! But i will say i HIGHLY SUGGEST you AVOID this location. at 8:30 in the morning, everything should be fresh. There was no one in the drive through and 3 other customers inside.
