I hate that this is my nearest location and i keep trying but today I am done for good. They make a huge pan of meat and it sits on the line all day until its gone. By the end of the day its dry and gross. I understand cutting food cost but this is wrong. You ask when new food is coming and they already have a pan pre made in back waiting in refrigerator for who knows how long. Nothing is ever fresh and the line is always dirty with cross contamination. One day someone is going to get seriously sick.

After speaking with corporate about the stores practices at this location and confirming what has been goin on will not be occurring again. On 10/31 at 2:30pm I came in to beat the special rush and I requested steps again I noticed that it was almost out and very dry. I asked was more steak being cooked and they said yes and I could wait I which I did for about 10 min. When they began to make my bowl they pulled out a large container of steak from the back that was grey and rubbery looking. I asked did they just cook that and the employee said yes. I let him know take I just send him pull it out of the back space and not freshly cooked and then he admitted that it was cooked hours before I asked how long and he said he didn’t know and would get a manager. I spoke to the first manager and makes when the steak was cooked and she said every 4-6 hours I asked why doesn’t the container have shelf life stickers and why would be he lie about to being fresh because I could have just went to another location instead of wait she said she didn’t have the answer to that and is unsure as to when it was actually cooked since there was not record. She said she would grab the GM Wanda CRUZ in which I was never allowed to speak to. Quanda ORTIZ The woman introduced herself as above corporate and anyone I have ever spoke to and didn’t agree with anything I reported was told to my by the previous I had just spoken to. She said the the location was under video and audio surveillance and would confirm later when the steak was actually cooked but she insisted that it was still ok to eat. I simply asked for fresh steak she refused and she said I would have to wait until what they had already available was gone. I was made to get in line again after I was originally told I can wait until it was ready and I would be called. The line was out the door and she said well you make a choice to wait so wait in line like everyone else. I watched them serve over 20 ppl food that was not correctly labeled and refused to be temp checked. At the end she offered no apology, no discount not even the special being offered. I gracefully paid for my meal in full and said thank you and she snatched the receipt out the cashiers hand and threw my receipt at me after asking her to hand it to me stating that we can’t do touch contact.

Read moreI was absolutely disgusted by one of this particular location’s team members. One of the team members, denied us an order of chips, despite the fact that there was a pile of chips continuously being made as we dined in at the filthy, uncleaned restaurant. She told us that “the chips were for the back.” My boyfriend and I, extremely puzzled, looked at each other, but decided to move on since we did not want to cause a scene. What made us so furious was that this specific employee in the past has denied us basic services such as “not having a bag with handles”, or “not having anymore hot sauces available” out of pure laziness. How she is continued to work here is beyond us. To make matters worse, right after we were denied chips, another customer was served a bag of chips. Funny enough, the kind couple sitting next to us were also denied chips, so they went to target to purchase their own bag to eat with their meal. This employee (Asian female/yellow bleached hair) should be fired immediately for her disgusting behavior and attitude (which we also have encountered numerous times, especially with the evident eye rolling and sighing in front of customers who ask for additional support). The manager may also want to come by their dining room and take a look at their sticky soda fountain bar with flies flying all over the place, trash cans overflowing, pieces of food all over the floor, and the bathroom being closed off to customers 2 hours prior to store closure all for the reason they did not want to clean the other half of their restaurant, which they decided to close off with trash cans. Absolutely mortifying. The customers dining in that evening were eating their meals as if this was a normal situation. What a morbid situation all around.
This location needs to get investigated as other users have clearly proven that this place is one of the most disgusting Chipotle locations to exist. How this restaurant still remains in business and has not violated a million health codes...
Read moreI really don't want to give this place 2 stars. I been coming here for many years and I have to say over the course of this year, this location has gone down. First and foremost, your food is cold. Not sure what is going on there but this happens on a number of occasions. I own a microwave but that isn't the point. Now on to the other part. The portions I am seeing are so inconsistent. On this particular day, the server filled my son's bowl with so much rice his bowl was full by the time he added his beans. I get half the portion of rice which is cool, don't want all that rice. Then the chicken, she gives him an regular amount that I was okay with. One scoop right into the bowl. However, she servers my portion, didn't even get the same scoop, and she shook off a good portion of the chicken. I ask for more chicken cause I barely have anything in my bowl, I get two pieces of chicken. You really have to concentrate to pick up 2 pieces of chicken with ya seeving spoon. I watched 4 ppl in front of me get a regular serving but my portion was not the same. Heck my son's rice portion was enough for 2 bowls. This location needs a better manager and definitely better training in areas. Lastly the wait time is ridiculous to go along with customer service that would probably fail an audit. I have no issaues with Chipotle but this has to be one of your worst locations. That has to suck with so many other food options...
