The service was very friendly. The staff were nice. The food has a big problem with being oversalted, but that is a standard Chipotle issue. What I find to be ridiculous, for instance, is how you can order a bowl and add rice, meat, whatever, and you can also order a burrito, but you can't order nachos... although you can order a side of chips and guac or cheese. The literal distinction between not being able to order chips spread out in the bowl, (so you can put toppings on them) instead of ordering either the tortilla or the bowl option makes absolutely no sense to me. I mean, I don't mind paying extra...why can't I simply order nachos as an option instead of explaining to me that I can put all the toppings in one container then they can give me an extra container to dump out all the chips on too then, in turn, dump out all of the toppings onto the chips. It's impractical. Why do I have to have rice or a tortilla? Why can't I just choose chips... LOL 😅. Also, I don't know if this will ever change, but the level of salt used in your products is beyond ridiculous. It's as if an amateur cook dumped half the salt into the food for flavor. It hurts my mouth afterward. Overall, admittedly, this is a silly thing to complain about in the scheme of things, but this is a chain, and it's supposed to be somewhat more fresh of an option. The food doesn't have to be four or five stars but the level of salt goes beyond Taco Bell taste wise so the standard should be better here and that's like the one thing that gets me aside from not being able to order nachos...
Read moreMe and my family have been regular costumers of this store for the last 3 years. Besides being a costumer I’m also a delivery driver, never had an issue with that for the last 3 years until the last few months. The store is absolutely under staff, every shift including evenings, weekends and holidays or at least that’s how they act since it seems to be nobody to check in with for pick ups or updates. The evening lady on the register is the most rude person and apparently hates everybody is picking up. She has been rude several times or she just completely ignores you. The waiting time is between 35 minutes and an hour which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant and they never actually tell you for real how long is it gonna take. This was my favorite store 2 and a half years ago. Is so disappointing. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, I don’t even wanna think on how their kitchen looks like. I’m absolutely never coming back to this store, as a costumer or as a driver, neither is any of my family members or friends. A store like this should be taking care of their costumers, we bring big business to this places. Just because we are REPRESENTING a costumer doesn’t mean you can mistreat us. We ARE the costumer, picking up orders for others or for ourselves. Please people stop sending your drivers to this store and if you’re picking up for yourself, sit tight and expect a 30 minutes delay even after your...

I ordered a to go burrito bowl with a side of Chips and Guacamole last week, but when I arrived home there was no Guac. I called the location and spoke to an employee who simply stated there was nothing he could do. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.
Later the store manager called me back, apologized, offered me a free burrito bowl, chips and Guac, and a refund of the guacamole when I arrived. Great! She asked for my name and said to tell the cashier when I come in next
Well I went in today, the cashier had no note of my name in the system. He grabbed the Manager of the store. She was very rude - she didn’t listen to me, she made a scene, and she couldn’t control her temper. All I tried to do was explain what she said to me over the phone to help her recall it in her memory, but she couldn’t remember. She then snapped back at me and said she would give me a Manager discount on the burrito but that I’m lucky and she will never happen to me again. She was disgustingly rude.
I appreciate the discount. To make it clear, in hindsight, I didn’t care whether or not I got a free meal to cover for their mistake. But the store manager’s unprofessional behavior at this Chipotle should call in to question her suitability...
