Coffee Hub and Cafe (Now Juno's) — Restaurant in San Diego

I ordered the simple breakfast (2 eggs, 2 bacon strips, rosemary potatoes-heavy on the rosemary, and toast with jam and/or butter) it was tasty and simple, very much like a home made breakfast. The abundance of rosemary didn't ruin the potatoes for me, but I think some people may find it less appetizing. My partner had The Burro and they enjoyed it. They found it flavorful and the salsa that comes with it tasted to me like mild salsa mixed with chutney. Thats a new flavor for me in salsa and unexpected, but it somehow complimented the chorizo welm. Coffee was a solid choice. They have a condiment counter with all the typical toppings for coffee and breakfast, plus self serve water and cups. My partner and I ate here three days in a row because we were blown away by the quality of food, and the staff was absolutely amazing and personable. We both got the breakfast croissant, my partner got a dirty chai and fruit parfait. Unfortunately i didn’t take any photos because i was too excited to dig into my food.

Staff had asked us when our flight was and gave us each a free bakery item. They gave us banana bread and a blueberry lemon bar, both of which are absolutely heavenly. I’m sitting in the airport as I type this and I’m so thankful for the snacks.
