I recently had the pleasure of dining at Darbar Fine Cuisine, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best Indian food experiences I've ever had. The weekend buffet menu was simply amazing - there were so many delicious dishes to choose from, and everything was prepared to perfection.
What really stood out to me was the outstanding taste of the food. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that the chefs at Darbar Fine Cuisine take great care in selecting and preparing their ingredients. The spices were perfectly balanced, and each dish had its own unique taste and texture.
But the real highlight of the meal was the dessert. The carrot halwa and gulab jamun were simply out of this world. The carrot halwa was perfectly sweet and creamy, with just the right amount of cardamom and pistachio. And the gulab jamun was the perfect end to the meal - warm, sweet, and so satisfying.
But it's not just the food that makes Darbar Fine Cuisine stand out. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they made sure that every guest felt right at home.
Overall, I would highly recommend Darbar Fine Cuisine to anyone looking for incredible Indian food in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Whether you're there for the weekend buffet or just a quick bite, you won't be disappointed. Five stars...
Read moreThis place blew my expectations away. I have never been to a Indian cuisine and came in with hopes of not coming out with stomach issues. When I walked in the place I could smell authentic Indian food right away and the vibe matched that place perfectly. The waiters were very nice and were by our side to help us whenever we needed. Water was always full and plates were always cleared. I had the buffet option for lunch and was delighted with the amount of different options to have. Vegetarian options were wide and delicious. The paneer masala was on another level. With a perfect amount of spice and sauce. The other dishes were not lacking on the meat. Each chicken dish was juicy and flavorful. Cooked to perfection. Naan was also on point. Perfect amount of garlic and butter and came out steaming hot. Overall the food was very fresh and delectable. I will definitely come back here to try more food and expand my pallet. 10/10 recommend coming here for people who love Indian food and those who have never had it. This place has...
Read moreThis Indian restaurant is a hidden gem. We came here for lunch and left extremely satisfied.
The weekday lunch buffet is $15.99 and as you can see from the pictures, Indian food feast. I love the garlic naan. No Indian meal is complete without some naan. I like the mix of butter, garlic, and a little chopped cilantro.
Their chicken tikka masala alone will keep me coming back for more, this simple dish spiced with garam masala, cumin, and gingerroot that's simply amazing.
I remembered a long time ago I had an Indian coworker who would bring us a delicious homemade samosa made by her mom. It was so heavenly. Even since then, when I visit an Indian restaurant, I always look for samosa. This restaurant's veggie samosa lives up to its reputation. It has a classic taste and texture.
Tandoori chicken is very tasty with the right spice, it's a bit salty for me but still pretty good.
If you are in this area and craving good Indian food, give this restaurant a try. I will certainly be coming back.
