Dunkin' — Restaurant in San Diego

First time going to dunkin' donuts, I was excited since this place has some good reviews until a rude employee ruined my trip. The employee name is Gretchen. I wanted one medium size caramel frappe, since my girl and I always got them at the Dunkin' Donuts (national City) near my house (they always have them). Until Gretchen said "oh, we're not Starbucks sweetheart" with some sarcasm in it. Not even apologizing to me when I said "oh my bad". Then walked away. When I tried asking for a least some half dozen donuts. The names for some of the donuts were mixed with the other names and it confusioned me. Gretchen didn't even help me when I asked the names for some of them. Thank you Gretchen, I'm positive I'm not going to this Dukin' Donuts again. Here's some advice for the superior discipline your employees better. I'm pretty sure she was rude to me because she thought I was young and stupid. I'm better off going to the one near my house, at least they were friendly and recommended me some other stuff to try out instead of standing there ignoring me. I would give this place 0/5 Stars for employees service and 5/5 Stars for food. Some advice for young ones be aware...

I have been coming to Dunkin Donuts since I was 3 yrs old. That's 43 yrs I have been coming to Dunkin Donuts for one reason, the chocolate and vanilla creme Donuts. Donuts filled with a sweet sugary icing chocolate or white. Dipped in powdered sugar. I came to this brand new dunkin Donuts 2 days after they opened their doors. I ordered 2 chocolate creme and 2 vanilla creme Donuts. It was 5:30 am so I figured the Donuts would have just been made. I was wrong. First of all these were not the creme Donuts all other dunkin Donuts sells. These were stale, tasted at least 2 days old. The outer inch of the donut was hard and dry. The chocolate creme was not the icing normally used in these it was thick and bland like too thick chocolate pudding. I ate 2 bites and threw it away. I tried a vanilla cream. It was not vanilla creme it was custard. Like in a Boston creme. Not at all like they are made at all other dunkin Donuts. I have never had a stale donut at a dunkin Donuts before either. All four were stale made at least a day ago. I threw the rest away. A complete waste of $7.25. I will not go back to this...

The below review happened. But I do come here still. I tend to walk in and the service inside has actually been pretty great for a Dunkin’ updating with more stars.

I feel compelled to write this: I was made to pull up after the drive through and wait. 4 cars went past some almost hitting me while I maneuver my own car to give them space. (Not sure why they can’t reverse some to make their own space as there are 2 lanes.)

I finally get my food after the stressful wait. The lady that comes out scolds me for not moving close enough to the curb “nobody told me”. Then she says “well you ordered on the app right when you got here”. Yeah I did and the order came through on your side. It would be no different then if I had ordered right then and you know that.

But the kicker? MY FOOD IS COLD!!! The wrap is room temp! Im frankly not sure it’s safe. I even get free Dunkin but will likely not return to this location. I’ve given it 4 chances. Only once was my food an acceptable level of “cooked”. Oh and they got my order wrong that one time. They gave me a bagel instead of...
