I recently had the pleasure of dining at Liberty Wing Co in San Diego, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family.

Now, let's talk about the wings. They were absolutely phenomenal! I tried a variety of flavors, and each one was better than the last. The wings were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauces were bursting with flavor, whether you prefer something spicy, tangy, or sweet, there's something for everyone. My personal favorite was the honey sriracha, which had just the right balance of heat and sweetness.

In addition to the wings, the sides were also top-notch. The loaded fries were a delicious and indulgent treat, and the coleslaw was fresh and crunchy, providing a nice contrast to the rich flavors of the wings.

I normally don't do this but after seeing that really bad review i felt bad for the owners and was looking forward to writing an awesome review after my late lunch here today. Sadly i was hugely dissatisfied. Wings were very undercooked and very oily. I don't know if how they are mixing the seasoning and sauce but I tasted just bland oily batter. Chicken was very dry, ranch tasted bitter and very weird. Fries were very oily and saugy. Definitely not coming back! Service was ok and atmosphere was nice, its inside a huge food hall with many other food spots. Lucky there was a smoothie place rt next to it and and I got me a smoothie to wash down...

Was super exciting to hear that there was a wing place opening in liberty. I went to try it on Halloween and got the boneless meal with wings. I got mild sauce which was very vinegary and oily with barely any sauce on the wings. Also when I bit into bigger pieces it wasn’t cooked all the way and still pink. The photos don’t do it justice but it was worse in person. The fries were great but then ranch tasted like it had pickle juice or a lot of dill. I hope they get this sorted out as I talked with a friend who had also tried it and got the regular with bone wings which was...
