The Latin Chef Liberty Station — Restaurant in San Diego

I've eaten here about eight times. The first three or four times the food was out of this world excellent, I still love their food but they are serving less rice and I love a ton of rice, I could eat rice everyday all day I love rice, I got the Pollo Saltado, excellent, I love Peruvian food, They also have a side sauce It's a green sauce get as much of it as you can It's so delicious and put it on the side of the rice and eat it together It's amazing, I liked when they used to serve the giant portions now they've cut them down some unfortunately..... But I will still go back to this place, It's one of the few restaurants and Liberty station that is worth going to, for people who like Peruvian food and respect the way they prepare the Peruvian food I would recommend this restaurant, there are many people that put up reviews that are not total foodies and don't understand that each culture prepares some of the foods a little differently and you have to respect the way that they prepare it. So far my food has always been good and clean if I ever come back and it's not clean food then I will definitely change my review but as of now, I highly recommend this cute little restaurant by the way they're dessert cookies are...

I found this 💎 gem of a peruvian restaurant. It's a small, very nice and clean shack on the West side of San Diego at Liberty Station. I've tried Papa a la Huancaína, the presentation was great, to my taste I had to ad a little bit more of a red hot sause to spice it up to my favorite flavor and that worked out pretty good (they don't carry ají verde). I also had Pescado a lo Macho and that was awesome, flavor, presentation and the consistency. Lomo Saltado was 👌 ok, I think it needed a little bit more depth in the flavor but overall it was good and de "yapa" we got to try their Ceviche and that was awesome. Easy 5 stars, fast service, employees very welcoming, easy parking. Enjoy it. They don't sell beer yet but there is a pub at the end so you can buy the beer of your choice and bring it into the restaurant to have it with your...

Okay I cannot say enough good things about this amazing little place, It is now in my *top *eight *favorite *restaurants in all of San Diego... Okay it took me awhile to try this place because there's so many other restaurants in this little plaza but let me tell you we ordered the saltado chicken it's a incredible portion comes with rice broiled tomatoes and amazing french fries... If you enjoy Peruvian food you must give this place business, They were actually very busy when we were there, we were there for over an hour sitting at the table dining right next to the restaurant this is one of the only places in the public market that has their own tables.. after we ate our meal we gave the cook a big tip and I truly cannot wait to...
