My visit was a little before lunch time, which I think is one of the busiest times for Nekter, so I had to wait a little while until I was able to place an order. It was a clean store, everyone was 6 feet apart, employees were wearing gloves, and just everything that should be done were done. Of course, nobody likes waiting in the line and I do have a long day of work, but I still waited. Catherine acknowledged my long wait time as they only had 2 employees (including Catherine) trying to complete orders as fast and safe as possible. But let me tell you what made the difference of today's visit. It is as simple as acknowledging that someone has waited. The fact that COVID is slowing down other procedures that could make fulfilling order faster is not their fault. But she apologized a few times as if it was her own fault, which I insisted it wasn't and that it is okay. Her customer service was just so amazing and she was very kind even though there was a lot of pressure due to a large number of other pick-up orders and in-store orders. She didn't lose her smile or sacrificed the quality of her customer service. I hope that Nekter can let her know she is appreciated...

Told Krisenda our 5 yr old daughter has big allergy with Cashew so she recommended to switch to coconut water. My daughter ends up with swollen eye, vomiting violently all over the car while seated in her car seat during a 2.5 hour drive back home from vacation, and a rash all over her body. We send videos and pictures of everything to the owner Yuen. I only asked to replace our baby blanket because all the vomit would not wash off (sent videos also) 2 days later she calls me and tells me she spoke with Krisenda and said my wife never said anything about allergy and that she checked the cameras and said my wife never mentioned allergy. LIAR! How can she lie about this!!! I told her to send me video which she said she would, but of course she cant because that has all the proof!! So I asked I wanted to speak to her partner since she said she is co owner. Then some guy calls me with a blocked number, said he is the partner and will ship the blanket asks for my home address, then at the end of the call, says "you are getting nothing" then hung up on me out of nowhere. Why did he get my home address for? This is...
