Cento Coffee — Restaurant in San Francisco

I have followed Cento from its most recent location by Caltrain to the new location on the strength of the Macau Iced Coffee made with homemade vanilla syrup. It’s not on the menu anymore, but it’s just a vanilla latte, so I can still order it — and so can you! Everything else is good, too, but the real draw (besides the Macau) is the vibes. Coffee was fine, but I don’t know what’s up with the lady at the cashier. Went with a couple of co-workers in the morning, and we were the only customers so definitely not a busy time. She was in absolute silence when taking order for all of us, and looked kind of annoyed by us or just somehow didn’t like us. When my co-worker asked if the drink was his order, there went another in-bad-mood look with no response. Definitely an awful experience for people who simply asked for a cup of latte...

Spent 20 mins walking here from my office since it was 1pm and Google Maps hours says they're open until 2pm. Arrived around 1:25pm and was impolitely told they've already closed for the day. No apology or anything. Things come up and that's fine but a more polite "hey, sorry but we have to close early today, maybe check out X other spot nearby" would've been appreciated instead of the response I got.
