UPDATED REVIEW: I will not be visiting Serenity for any of my med spa needs in the future, as the only nurse i would trust with ANY procedure is no longer working there. Updating this review, i believe i wrote it a year or so ago... Upon moving to San Francisco in 2019, I was searching for the best candidate to fix some lip filler from a not so great medspa I had done in Connecticut that I did not feel very confident about. I discovered Nia on Instagram! She was working at EpiCenter MedSpa at that time.. Long story short, I absolutely fell in love with her dedication and care to what she does. When she moved from that business to Serenity, I followed her right away! Now, knowing that she is no longer working with Serenity, after calling to schedule some simple botox and they tried to set me up with someone else... i did not book anything and I plan to follow her wherever she goes. Thankfully, since following her on nsta even before she worked at serenity.. I am able to find out where she will be next. I will say also, that the last procedure I had done at Serenity, was a thread lift.. they were having a promotion and it was such a good deal that i decided to make an appointment, even though I was really nervous about it because I had one done previously by another nurse in their office a couple years back..at that time Nia was not doing threads in their office.... The person who did my threads the first time... the results were just what i wanted! She knew what to do and i was 100% happy with my results, however.. it was SO painful, and scared me so much.. I feel zero sort of connection from the woman who did them. She was pretty cold with her personality, and rough... just like, "getting the job done", and not showing the kind of care or empathy towards me..omg i told myself never ever again... But when i saw their monthly promotion, and the threads were such a good price.. i decided to go for it. and ONLY because this time Nia would be doing them.. LET ME TELL YOU.. i was feeling so nervous prior, but how she performed this.. it was LESS painful than a simple lip filler. NO JOKE. Nia rocks, and i am sad to realize Serenity will not be so furtunate to have her any more... Their loss. Going to keep following her wherever life takes her. 100%

I have been seeing Nurse Nia at Serenity MedSpa for over 4 to 5 years now.. I actually followed her from the last office she was working at, because i appreciated her kindness, her genuine interest in my specific concerns and needs, and her passion for her craft.. continuing to advance her skills by always pursing an understanding of new techniques and procedures in the med spa industry. She has helped me with face fillers, lip fillers, Kybella, Botox, laser facials.. pretty much anything I can think of. Even when it comes to something that seems as simple as Botox placement.. she knows what is going to work for me individually, and doesn’t just autopilot through my appointment and poke my face in the same spots as every single person she sees.. it is truly a personalized approach and I genuinely feel she loves to see my results as much as I do! When I have a question about a procedure or an interest in something new I’ve heard of, I get an honest opinion from her.. and know I am in good hands. I am always excited for my next appointment with Nia.. and will continue to see her exclusivity for all the MedSpa services I’m seeking. The staff at serenity MedSpa is also always kind and welcoming. I can it recommend...

I had the pleasure of working with Nurse Nia.

I rarely write reviews, but I am so INCREDIBLY HAPPY and moved by my results with Nurse Nia, that I must pay a good thing forward. Nurse Nia designed a treatment plan for me that has completely revitalized my appearance and restored a bit of confidence that I felt I had lost.

I turned 40 this year, and for the past couple years l've noticed I always look tired. My skin texture is changing; loosening around my lips, general sagging, and my under-eye area is hollowing out. I especially notice this in ZOOM calls and photos :( Not the greatest feeling, given I am happy with everything else in my life.

I purchased the Serenity Non-surgical face-lift package. It was a splurge, but nurse Nia (who came highly recommended by at least 5 trusted friends) sat me down gave the honest assessment I've been needing. We added jawline and undereye filler to correct volume loss, as well as botox, and PDO threads. Given the severity of swelling and bruising, I met with her over the course of 2 Saturdays. I've done filler before, but Nia's technique is hands-down the best. After my first session, I IMMEDIATELY felt like the clock had been turned back, and the feelings of insecurity are no more.

I wasn't entirely sure about the PDO- threadlift. I've read mixed reviews, so I level-set my expectations. The results from the PDO threads have been MAGICAL. I am 2-3 weeks out, and my skin is taut in a natural way. The biggest difference l notice visually is in the nasolabial folds area. She somehow pulled the cheeks up and back, and I have never felt like I look better. No bruising, no swelling. I am so happy any grateful for Nia's treatment.
