Do not buy anything from this pawn and loan shop. They do scams and rip a lot of people off for their money. My husband recently bought a diamond ring from them, and it was fake, and the quality of the gold was trash! They didn't give all his money back to him, less than half. Customer service was rude and racist. They kept telling him to get something else instead of giving him all his money back. I will be calling the the better business bureau and file a claim about them! Good lesson learned not to buy anything from a pawn shop. And also they let their friends and coworkers wrote reviews for them. They don't make any kind of sales!!! They also switch people's jewelry. The Asian lady and the Jewish guy they scam customers. I had many pieces (40+) of expensive estate jewelry to sell. The salesperson was rude and basically told me it would take a significant amount of his time to give a quote and people never actually sell because they are looking for a free valuation. He said it wasn’t worth his time if I wasn’t serious. I should have just left since he was so condescending and rude. They had good reviews so I was astounded by the treatment. I have never been in a pawnshop before, I always thought they were grimy low balling places. I thought at least this place looks classy so I came in and meet Josh he explained to me how a pawnshop works.
