Le Parc bistro is attached to a hotel. It really gives off old school classy vibes with dark wood walls and white cloth tables. The service is 5 stars excellent. The bartender even leaves the bar and talks to the customers making sure they like what they are drinking. The waitresses really try to connect with you and are super friendly.
Itâs expensive but not overly expensive. The atmosphere does scream date night. And possibly fancy work outing.
I expect this place to be busier than it is, the food quality and service is amazing. I think this is a newer place in the past year.
My sole was excellent. It was so rich in flavor and juicy. Huge portion! My friend liked his salmon but I felt it was a little fishy. The salmon tartare app was very good as well and a decent sized portion. The desserts werenât overly sweet and they were a shareable size. Though my dessert said pistachio ice cream but it mostly tasted like raspberry and passion fruit.
The drinks were excellent and very strong. Itâs $19 for a cocktail and they have an extensive cocktail menu. My favorite was studio 54 which is pistachio liquor and Midori.
Itâs a pricey restaurant but itâs not over priced based on the quality of food, service...
Read moreI really wanted to love this place, but it was a real miss. Unfortunately, the braised oxtail and the sole were not very good. Not well seasoned and lots of bone + fat present, so it was hard to eat. The fries were good! The artichoke soup was also pretty funky, kinda tasted like pickle soup. The real miss was the service though. The host seemed incredibly annoyed / pissed off. There were many tables available and they sat us right behind the host table, which wasnât a great vibe. They also didnât have a coat rack so they started putting jackets right next to where we are sitting. Not okay for a $165+ dinner. Our main server also was not in a great mood (which I get, these things happen), but it was very uncomfortable. Not typically one to leave bad reviews, but this was a bummer as it was Valentineâs Day and it left a sour taste...

Iâm so happy that the old Gaspar location is getting new life and plus an elevated menu that is exciting and delicious!
The former Michelin starred chef is serving up classic French bistro faire with artisan quality, creativity and panache.
We had the moules et frites (muscles and fries), escargots, little gem salad, roasted salmon and dessert trio + afogato.
Everything was flavored to perfection with an amazing balance of flavors that were bold but in an understated way.
Each dish had a special touch reflective of the chefâs former glory days under the Michelin stars.
Our server was attentive, but not bothersome, and helpful when we had questions.
Sorry, no photos to offer as we were so into the moment with savoring our food, we totally forgot to take any.
Highly recommend and I will...
