Chief Sullivan's — Restaurant in San Francisco

We came here for the traditional Irish Breakfast specifically listed on the menu and were disappointed with the whole experience. We sat outside and had to fix the wobble in our table ourselves after coffee was put on the table and spilled on us without any napkins to clean the mess. Then when the breakfast came out we asked for HP sauce and they brought A1 instead because it was all they had. Then we looked at the breakfast and noticed that instead of blood sausage we received an extra under cooked banger on the plate. The "baked beans" were pinto beans and the bacon wasn't Irish bacon or even crispy. The toast was raisin bread served with garlic butter on it and it was just overall a disappointing experience, especially when we went out of our way to get here. We arrived at an odd time: 5:30, but we were essentially ignored for a good twenty minutes until we walked to the bar to place an order for food. The TV was extra loud though the bar was practically empty. We ordered the basic burger, which was fine but nothing to brag about for $19. The fries were better than the burger. Called to order food to be picked up by me and they never answered-got a phone recording instead, informing me to leave my name and phone number to make a reservation. Went there in person to place my order and their menu no longer offers beef stew, so ordered lamb stew instead. They were out of it and it was only 8:30!! On a Friday night in North Beach!!
