Interesting. This and five other restaurants are all part of the same building. The place didn't look open with scaffolding outside and the lights off inside, but there was a sign claiming it was open, so I went in. The cashier told me "it's a ghost kitchen." I decided on a brisket slider and some coleslaw because I wanted to eat, but not a full meal. I also ordered a bottle of water. The order was completed in about two minutes. In the bag, there were utensils, my slider wrapped in paper, and two little containers, one with the coleslaw and the other with pickle slices. The slider with slightly congealed cheese was surprisingly good for something that I am almost certain was made ahead of time, and the coleslaw was also pretty good. Overall, the place has food that has exceeded my expectations. If you order delivery from one of the six restaurants present in this building, I believe you'll be satisfied with your order. If you order in person, you'll get good service. Still, the food has room for improvement and the place isn't exactly clean.

Is this how you treat local patrons? Such a shame. Order was canceled after the driver showed up to pick up the order. No communication whatsoever. Done. Ammendment: Actually, after seeing the other reviews, it seems that the feedback is consistently more negative than positive. As a born southerner, I would LOVE to see this place strive. It's about more than just food...it's about a taste of home and something to bring happy memories of my childhood. I know that this has to part of your mission. Today, I am in bed.....sick.....and wanted a taste of home. I share this only to give you a view of what this disappointment ment for me.

Not interested in coming back to this place. When I think of a Dickeys I think of nice place, seating, good food, yellow cups, ice tea, soda fountain, ice cream, friendly people. Not this place. None of that. For $22.40 I got a small brisket sandwich, a small chili and a can soda. I should of walked out when they said $22. These are actual photos I took of the inside of this place. That’s the ordering counter. Beware of this place.

I am a huge Dickey’s fan. But this place is absolutely awful. I can’t figure out why Dickey’s , as a Company thinks it’s ok to have their name on this disaster. There is no service. You are ignored completely basically as long as you’re willing to stand in total silence until you finally wander in back and yell for someone. I ordered two large containers of their mashed potatoes casserole, which I love. When I finally went in the back and yelled for “anybody”, a girl came out with two bags. One obviously had my two containers of mashed potato casserole. She never acknowledged me and proceeded to put the bag in a zip up bag (there’s no warmer bin anywhere to keep pick up orders warm!!). I stopped her and said that’s my order. She never said anything just opened the zip up bag and pulled out the two orders and held them up. I pointed to the one with the two containers. She gave it to me. No thank you; no nothing. When I got in the car I opened one of the containers and it was half full! And cold. I was beside myself and had a long drive home so I just left as I knew I’d get no satisfaction. Plus I had been charged $8 more for the “pick up” order than at other Dickey’s in the Bay Area. When I got home I heated up a small bowl and sat down to enjoy them as usual. No way! There were large chunks of potato in them, no cheese, thick and gooey. Absolutely awful. $24 down the drain and all that aggravation! Then to top it off, I got quite sick about two hours later. Food poisoning for sure! I may sue! Certainly will never, ever go to this location again. I recommend you...

I ordered 2 meat plate lunches for 15 recently. Parking is horrific in San francisco, but made it there on time for pick up. After waiting for 5 minutes without even acknowledging my presence the gal brought my food to the counter. I saw immediately that they were not boxed individually. Chicken in one container, mac and cheese in a container, beef in another. I explained that a mistake had been made. The gal just stated that it is what it is. I then asked about serving the food. She told me that everything was in the box. I took everything to the jobsite and guess what? Not a single serving utensil to be found. We managed, but I am very disappointed with the service. Although the food was pretty good, I...
