I used to come here at least once a week. I came in with a friend to get a couple vietnamese iced coffees, which typically only take a couple minutes to recieve. The girl at the register took our order and we paid and sat down. I noticed the worker starting a pot of coffee. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I looked over and accidentally made eye contact with the worker. She then came over and said it would be about 10 more minutes. We weren't thrilled but we waited. Part way through waiting, her boss (?) came by and they started talking. We waited for much longer than 10 minutes and decided we just wanted a refund at this point. The worker kept glancing over to us but ignored when we kept saying we just wanted a refund. She instead frantically ran around and very hastily threw our drinks together. We tried to keep saying we just wanted a refund but she just ignored us. She gave us our drinks and ran behind the barrier so we couldn't say anything else to her. The drinks were terrible, they were extremely watered down and nothing like the vietnamese iced coffee that I usually ordered from there. I'm extremely disappointed with how we were made to wait 18-20 minutes for 2 coffees, ignored, and then given bad drinks. If she didn't have the coffee prepared, why did she let us order it? If I hadn't made eye contact with her, I'm sure she wouldn't have told us it would be 10 more minutes. She absolutely knew we wanted our money back but chose to ignore us instead. We were the only 2 people to come in that entire time, so it's not like she was busy. I loved this place but unfortunately I will not be back. I also work in the industry so I understand that things happen, but the way she ignored us begging to just be refunded so we could leave is...

Was in the area with few friends and we all had a craving for some boba. E Tea was close by, so why not give this spot a try.
The Food: I went with a Mango Sago with Lychee Jelly and my friend had a Black Milk Tea with boba. The mango sago wasn't that great. The mango flavor was incredibly overwhelming and sweet. The Black Milk Tea was bitter and had a little burnt after taste. Not sure how that happened, but we ended up just trashing it. Boba pearls and lychee jelly tasted good though.
The Service: Service was good! Staff was friendly when we walked in and browsed the menu.
The Atmosphere: Nice ad small boba shop. It looks like they serve food as well inside, and from the dishes we saw some people eat. It looked very good. Maybe the food is just better than the drinks.
Overall, a 2/5. The milk tea's we had were not good. It could've just been that particular day, but I don't think I'd...
Read moreThis boba place is in a small room that connects to the Super Pan restaurant. It's basically a mini bar that can only fit one person behind the counter. The price is about $1 more expensive than other boba places, but at least you get a glass bottle to take home. They only have plastic caps for it though.
I ordered the #7 Fresh Taro King with fresh taro chunks and boba. It wasn't overly sweet and the taro bits made a great addition...
