Halal Cart SF — Restaurant in San Francisco

When they say that the hot sauce is spicy, it is SPICY! I made the mistake of putting way too much on my gyro wrap and had a hard time enjoying it. For the parts where my mouth wasn’t burning with fire, the gyro warp was really good. The meat was tender and seasoned well, there was a decent amount of lettuce and I liked the soft pita that held it together. Without the hot sauce, I think it would have been really good, but lesson learned.

Overall, I will definitely make my way back and give this cart another chance. FYI...

Not going to lie the food was absolutely delicious and I couldn't get enough of it (watch out btw their hot sauce is like fire in a bottle). The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because afterwards I felt like complete crap (my friend too who went with me for lunch). Good to have a Halal Food Cart in San Francisco (Finally)! Tried the combo plate with chicken and lamb over rice.
