I’ve worked with quite a few agencies in the Bay Area and this company was the only one that placed me in a job that met all my needs especially the salary I was looking for! We met over the phone one day and the next couple of days or so I was already interviewing and after the second job interview I was hired! Like many of the other agencies unfortunately Randstad has lowered their standards. By that I mean they bait and switch. You see a job advertised through their website, go through the trouble of submitting your resume only to have a recruiter wanting 'to talk'. You know the drill: All talk no action at least not on that particular job you applied to. They will try to convince you to take other jobs that are in bad areas that nobody else wants or have over your head responsibilities. When you ask what happened to your resume for the job that you did apply for they give BS answers. Did they even send your resume to the employer and actually was there truly a job that existed? ...
