The issue is regarding the employees and level of customer service; I had the completely wrong pizza delivered to my location, at that time the wanted to send the right order. I appreciated that but wanted a refund; they said they couldn’t provide a refund but they’d make a note on my acct and I’d get the next order for free. The person on the phone said his name was Johnathon, I wanted more assurances/a number to validate but he assured that it wouldn’t be an issue.
Now flashback to today, I call and explain the situation (everything seemed fine) placed the order for the exact one that was wrong and then they told me a total. I said it should be free to replace the previous order. The two men on the phone then got aggressive, saying they aren’t giving out pizza for free, that they “just work here” and the manager isn’t in but if I had his number I could call and talk to him (?). I asked what is the managers name and when the manager would be there. They said they wouldn’t give me names, they are busy, and hung up on me. I called back and again asked for the managers name. Hung up on again. I called back, asked again they aggressively yelled again that they are busy but got the information.
I’ll be filing a fraudulent charge with my bank acct for that transaction and that has been the last time I support this business location.

Called in for delivery. No answer. Called again, and then a third time, no answer.
Went online to order delivery, 90 min wait time...I was 0.4 miles away. Understandable for a Friday night. So I ordered pickup, 25 minutes.
Came in 30 minutes after ordering... To an empty restaurant and no one working!! 2 new employees came out of the back, they did not know about my pizzas. They said "we cannot help, our boss only has access and he is delivering".
Business owner comes back and was not apologetic about anything. Luckily for me, prior to him coming back, I went behind and helped the 2 new guys learn how to make pizza. I've never worked in a pizza store, but as a young adult, this is clearly not my first pizza experience.
Owner was clearly overwhelmed, frustrated and mean to his employees. I asked him if he knew that his rating was 2 stars. To which he replied"I do not care. I make pizzas, deliver them, I am only 1 man"
Had he been apologetic and costumer focused, I would have been ok. But as a concierge at a luxury brand hotel in LA, this would not be a place I would recommend you to go on a Friday night. I understand that's always an estimate, but after 1.5 hours and still no pizza, I called back and asked about the status of the order. The person who answered the phone was immediately defensive and told me the pizza would arrive in just a few minutes. When another 15 minutes passed by and I called back, I was told the delivery man had left 10 minutes ago and it would be a few minutes. I was very frustrated and this guy on the phone was neither apologetic nor nice. He started getting more and more defensive and ending up threatening to cancel my order. I got frustrated myself and cussed the guy out. He deserved it! What a frustrating experience.
For most businesses, they know an apology goes a long way. I was offered zero apologies, zero explanations and literally nothing to make me feel better about having ordered from them.
