As of June 1, 2021 you have a few on and off mask wearers (half are wearing mask, half are not). This park is pretty tucked away and there are no major signs saying it’s a dog park. The lot is extremely clean and no trash around. The park itself is accessible and there are no hills or bumps along the way. There is very limited seating if you’d like to sit and watch. The park is one of the smallest i have been to in the city but people come and go throughout the day so it doesn’t feel too crowded. Parking is mainly street parking, definitely watch out for street sweeping days. Close by all the restaurants and shopping area on Chestnut St.

It has a few unpredictable people that now call it home. A few people live in their cars too. Never thought I'd see the Marina in this state.

Love letting my pup run and play in the park, everyone is so nice. It's great to be able to let the dogs run free.

The dog park itself at Moscone Park is a bit on the smaller side. Recently they opened up the secondary portion however the ground is covered in gravel which my two pups don't seem to enjoy. Anywhere that has small gravel they tend to stay away from, I understand that it's likely put down for hygiene purposes at dog parks but it ruins the experience from my pack. Truth be told, my pups and my partner much rather utilize the large athletic Field as the grass is great for the pups to frolic in. Also my two are large breed and runners the grassy athletic field allows for lots of room to run and for us to shoot our Nerf dog ball gun which my two pups love. The grassy athletic Field is so large that many dogs can enjoy off leash running time and not run into each other at all in fact, it's my experience that each dog and human companion sticks to their area of the athletic field and doesn't typically get into the...

I went on my lunch break to use the golf practice area. Primarily to practice my chipping onto the green. The lawn had been mowed shortly before I arrived so there was lots of JUNK grass around the green. I'm OK with that as it provides Good hazards to deal with. But, the greens themselves could be better kept. The theres no REAL putting practice that you will get there. So, keep it to pitching and chipping. Bring something with you to put in the holes so you see where they are.

Today I didn't use the driving nets so I'm not sure of the current conditions of the mats. Last time I was there to use them the mats were leaving something to be desired. Don't forget to bring your own...
