First, I want to address management issues:
I’ve lived here for 3 years and never had any issues with the management. Bianca and other team members were always helpful. However, today I had the "pleasure" of meeting Guillermo Gomez, the community manager. I went to the office to resolve payment issues and express concerns about security issues. He was extremely rude and did not want to hear any complaints from me as a resident. I was raising concerns about the building’s security issues, and he tried to dismiss me, basically saying that they do what they can and that if I have issues, I need to report them to the police—it’s my problem, not theirs. Then he started to raise his voice as I continued to express my concerns, and after that, he began to threaten me with legal action (saying that if I continued to complain, I would have to speak with his lawyer) and told me to leave their office!!!!!! I was shocked—I’ve never been treated like this before. Guillermo Gomez should know that threatening tenants might definitely be a case for the lawyers if this continues.
About the building:
Pros:
Amazing location The building is clean; they do a good job maintaining it Recently, a new camera system was installed that allows the gate door to be opened from a phone
Cons:
Security Issues:
Stolen packages Break-ins in the garage Homeless people around the building, sometimes inside
General Issues:

Read moreMoved in here for a 3 month lease. Everything was okay for the first month. Heard alot of noise, fighting, mugging, and so forth. It wasn't until the last month that I got incredibly horrified. There was a mouse eating my food in the middle of the night. My boyfriend and I had to pot it and bag it to throw away. Also, they gave no warning whatsoever about construction going on in the 3 apartments around me. Leftside, rightside, and across. I should've taken note when one by one they left. Banging and hammering all day long. They left messes on the hallway. Sure it ended after 6pm. But even the construction team are stupid, connecting the hot water to the cold water causing an explosion in the wall to my kitchen, resulting in water leaking through my apartment! That was the last straw. I wanted out. Trinity gave me a ridiculous 3 page clean up menu. There inspection was literally circling everything that needs to be done and left. I cleaned up before the inspection to everything they said to do. Overall, they are super nice to you when you move in, when moving out, goodluck! You gotta chase them down. Not to mention property managers changed within the three months. The newly renovated apartments I sneaked peaked were vinyl wood and some more shelving....
Read morePaid for parking but they refused to give me a remote for half a year. I do not have a remote and admin just keep ignoring my requests.
Thief stole from the garage and broke into my car 3 times. I was trying to find a safer place to park my car but apparently street parking is way better and it's free.
Admin people work for the Marina cove just bully residents whenever they want. Maintenance crew is better than people who sit in the office at least they do their jobs. Admin people came in and out of my room as if it were a student dormitory. They will roll their eyes in your face and not respond to any of your emails and hang up on you.
I feel I worked for this company because everyday I have to call the police, plumb the toilet, and do their jobs for them. There are many decent apartments in this area and this apartment clearly positions itself as a low end apartment. It's like living in...
