Starbucks — Restaurant in San Francisco

Stopped in at this Starbucks closest to Chase center before a Warriors game just before Christmas. They had a sign for a box of their Cranberry Bliss at 50% off so thought I'd buy and bring to a Christmas gathering. When I checked out- they didn't have it programed for the discount so they couldn't offer it-really?? They had to contact a supervisor who wasn't available. Bad customer service. Corporate service at its finest- or worst-case in this instance. Very disappointing and will avoid Starbucks-Went to Phil's next to Chase center actually had wonderful...

They don't heat the milk correctly here, every latte is full of foam, even if you ask for no foam or less foam. Not to mention the rude barista Araceli, or maybe she's just rude to Brown people, I dunno. They are nice to people who work around there but if you live nearby, not so much. It grosses me out that their baristas wear CLOTH masks while they make the drinks. Those aren't sanitary they should be wearing real PPE masks. Corporate doesn't care, they gave me the brush off, so don't reply to this saying please...

Not sure what’s the Asian guy’s issue but he’s always giving attitude to all the clients. One time I got 4 drinks plus bread and I asked him for a cup holder and he rolled his eyes at me and whispered something. I hate his attitude, not sure why the manager let him be that way. And today I asked for a hot croissant and he gave me a cold one with bad attitude. That happened today at 10:39am. If the manager is reading this please talk to him is not...
