So my first time seeing san francisco coming from ny I finally was excited to try halal food here. I walk in with my husband and 3 kids. I ask for the menu to bring to our table and he tells me to pick from the images on the counter. So I pick the shish taoek 2 sk. For $26.The image had rice and salad and hummus, as u can see in the picture. When I asked if everything is the same as picture he said yes. My older son ordered chicken wigs which was really good. Middle child ordered a burger which you couldn't even eat because it smelled so bad. My husband the combo which was horrible!! Dry and raw!!. So when my food comes there is no rice no hummus no salad just shredded lettuce and 2 skews of dried chicken over it. The chicken was cold and very dry and had the nasty smell. So I went back to the register and asked where is the rest and the guy says you have to Pay extra for the rest. So I asked him why did I even pay $27 for just 2 sks and lettuce. My husband paid 27 and he received red meat chicken rice hummus and salad but I have to pay extra? He picked from the image same as I but he received his food just from the picture as you asked us to pick from there. He said when that's a different order. So I told him the images are misleading and needs to be taken down and he needs to clarifyall of this information prior to the order. Then he began arguing with me saying this is his Jon he has done this for "5years" so don't tell me to do my job. He said if you don't like your food you can leave. My mouth just dropped open by the attitude disrespect and lack of communication. His English was off so he couldn't really understand what I was explaining to him and instead of trying to clear the communication he began yelling and screaming at me in front of my children. So when I husband stood up he toned down his voice and said this is what it is and I can't help you. I didn't ask for my money back! I didn't ask for additional service! All I asked was a better communication and better service in the future for others but instead of thanking me for guidance he blow off like an animal. I am an educated and respectful women with a hijab no need to raise you voice at a women. Service horrible Food horrible expect for the wings Please save your money and go somewhere else. I also forgot to mention the owner was in the end eating from the already made plates and licking his fingers. He was grabbing the fries from he customers that was waiting for their food and licking his fingers. I kept thinking thank God that's not our food but not sure if that's even allowed.

A friendly place with good food. It can be difficult on Market Street to know if a food establishment is targeting the 2am crowd or the day walkers, but this place is clearly here to serve dinner. The Cheesesteak was delicious and a good size, my wife enjoyed her Halal Burger as well, remarking at how filling it was. I think I'll probably just get the Cheesesteak Everytime here, it was that good. The fries were.... typical Mediterranean fries: Nothing to write home about. They didn't have much character or flavor, but the Thousand Island-inspired sauce was a good match. I tried the Garlic Fries and they didn't have more than a dusting of extra character beyond my wife's plain fries. The service was friendly and the place was clean,

We went here for lunch, and we’re not disappointed. Service was fast, friendly and professional. We ordered the mixed appetizer kofta kebab and the mixed kebab ( chicken and lamb) and a giro wrap(no lettuce). They brought us a complimentary lentil soup that was delicious. The wrap came , but it had lettuce, so they quickly made a new one. All the kebobs were delicious well-marinated and seasoned, moist, perfectly cooked tender meat, served with all the fixings: rice, tzatziki, hummus, and salad. There’s portions we so big we could have skipped ordering the appetizer. There’s portions prices are high, but that is to be expected in the city. We grabbed some tasty desserts for later and left stuffed and satisfied.

A standard diner atmostphere- very clean, though not immaculate and that is probably because they hadn't had much of a chance to clean up from some previous customers- I was not bothered. I give three stars for atmosphere because it is an average sort of diner experience- but also I wasn't looking for anything too fancy- it is partly why I came. The staff is very friendly and accomdating- great service, and fast. I had the gyro with fries and the food was excellent! The gyro did not come with fries- they are ordered seperate and the drinks are cans and bottles from a large glass refrigerator. The order of fries cost about $5 and is seemingly a little small for that price- but they are very good- so I was not displeased. They are served in a cardbaord box- which is the perfect way for them to travel, allowing them to breathe and not become soggy from steam- and that is expert packaging, for fries- I know this. They are thin-style and slightly crispy- perfectly cooked. The gyro was large and more of a wrap style than 'taco' style- which made it less messy to eat than from other places I get gyros from- it is also expertly wrapped in tin foil. The hot sauce they gave me was *very spicy- I liked it very much. I came here because it was the closest place to where I was staying and I was exhausted and my feet hurt really bad, and I discovered my hotel did not have room service. Took the food back to my room and was very pleased with my meal- ended a stressful day with a smile. I will return here when I am in the...

I had frequented this place for a to-go lunch and occasionally dined in. It's a great place for some good quality Mediterranean, especially falafel.

Food: The falafel wrap tastes fresh and delicious. So does eggplant pomegranate and vegan deluxe (which is eggplant pomegranate + falafel). Unfortunately, it doesn't have other great Mediterranean items on the menu like spinach pie and dolma while baba ghanoush is in the sides. Baklava is good and very close to the original one I ate in Dubai. Rest is all meat. But with limited options, the food is nice overall.

Ambiance: Lot of whiteness!! It's quite spacious as well. The arrangement is good but just that you need to go searching for forks, spoons, tissue etc as they are located in a secret area, not supposed to be found easily - unless you are purchasing something to drink.

Service: Pretty okay overall. Easy and fast. They can be a little polite, if they try hard. In their Menu they mention the price of 1 Baklava piece but they usually sell it in a piece of two. When I asked for one, the lady mentioned that I need to purchase two since it comes that way. So, I asked why do they print the price of one when they can't sell it. It went on for about a minute until finally she gave up and sold me one, reluctantly.

Overall, a nice place to have good food but try not to make the trip much...
