The customer service with this company is second to none. After I told them about the stones falling out and that it wasn't exactly as we had designed/ requested they went above and beyond to communicate, bring us in into to the shop and correct the mistake, making a whole new ring. My fiance and I were both truly blown away as they could have easily said you paid for X, we won't fix it. Maytal is so sweet and great to work with and this company clearly cares about making their customers happy. This is what's important. Any jeweler can make a beautiful ring, but not all will have this kind of care and commitment to their customers.

While this company's customer service is incredible and they are very responsive and are working with us, and I feel terrible for writing this, it seems only appropriate to update my review.

My fiance purchased this ring less than a year ago. I have worn it for a little less than 9 months and am extremely careful and yet today I noticed one of the diamonds on the pave is missing. This is truly unacceptable for a company as reputable as Yadav have this poor quality. Frankly, I'm stunned. I will update this once we've discussed with Yadav but this makes me want to warn patrons against this store:(

We designed our own ring here. Lovely sales people and were very patient as we changed our minds many times to create an engagement ring that was truly ours and unique. Also a plus that they allow pups in the store:) I appreciated they weren’t pushy to go bigger/ no upselling etc. they also were honest about what setting etc wouldn’t work which I appreciate as someone who doesn’t know anything about rings. Desiree was great to work with and very understanding.

The reason for 4 stars is while I love the final ring, we spent a long time being very clear about the size of two of the diamonds and the final product was off in its sizing. It’s disappointing to spend time there and seeing her take the notes and then not getting exactly what was designed. I wish they would allow adjustments! I understand making your own when they use digital imaging is hard but given how they really support you in making it perfect I’d hope they’d work with with you if it doesn’t end up as expected.

Overall, a great experience, especially for someone who doesn’t consider themselves a jewelry person and had no clue what they were doing. Just hoping perhaps a manager sees this and can...

I can't say enough good things about Yadav! My close friend recommended Yadav after her and her boyfriend tried on a few engagement rings - she let me know they were very informative and provided great education, so my boyfriend and I set up an appointment on their website. It was our first time shopping for an engagement ring so we were very nervous since we didn't know what to expect. We got paired with Andrew at our appointment and I can't emphasize enough what a blessing that was! Andrew is very knowledgeable, sincere, and was so helpful throughout the whole process. I went in thinking that I wanted an elongated radiant cut but as we tried on different shapes and settings to make sure.. It turns out, I was definitely a marquise gal! My boyfriend and I fell in love and Andrew worked with my boyfriend to create a custom setting. Andrew went above and beyond and even squeezed us in the next day after our initial appointment to look at different ratios and carats of the marquise. I didn't think I would be getting engaged soon, but Andrew and my boyfriend got to work and made my dream ring come true a few months later!

The staff (including the fashion icon - Maytal), the sweet owner, and Andrew are nothing short of wonderful! You can tell that they love / enjoy what they're doing and they're all so welcoming. We had appointments at two other places when we started our engagement ring shopping experience, but the quality, customer service, and expertise at Yadav continues to be unmatched. I'm so happy that my partner went with Yadav!

We recently went back to see Andrew at their beautiful new location and are in the process of creating a travel/work ring. Andrew set aside a beautiful lab diamond that he felt we would love and would be an ode to where my fiancé proposed - that's how amazing he is and he was spot on cause we fell in love for a second time! Not to mention, they also cleaned my engagement ring while we worked on this next project!

I unfortunately had a really bad experience while shopping for potential engagement rings. What’s supposed to be a happy, exciting, once in a lifetime experience - turned into one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve experienced to date. I made an appointment to look at a few rings I saw online and work 1:1 with someone to look at styles and designs with my sister - and it felt rushed, unprepared, and completely lacked personalization. For starters - I arrived right on time for my appointment and they ended up starting with me 20 minutes after the fact. The lady who ultimately worked with me was walking around during those 20 minutes drinking boba and chatting with her co workers. It was a little frustrating to observe that after waiting for so long - why make an appointment if they don’t honor the time to begin with. I finally sat down with Ana - showed her some photos - she left for another 10 minutes to pull some rings. She probably showed me in total 5 engagement rings, and three wedding bands. None of which were styles she picked - they were all from my photos. I guess I expected her to curate the items a bit more to show me options. I even asked her - given her knowledge of the offerings at Yadav what she may suggest and her response was there were so many hundreds of rings it would be hard to pull just a few for me to consider. At that point I felt they were just not taking me seriously what so ever and felt so uncomfortable I had to leave. The whole experience sitting at the table talking to Ana probably lasted about 20 minutes out of what could have been up to an hour of designing and exploring options. She followed up a couple weeks later with links to the few options I showed her but needless to say given the investment behind this, partnered with how special the experience should feel - I will not be bringing my business here. And I would not recommend purely based off the service alone. I feel bad because they truly do have beautiful jewelry - but service speaks just as loud to...
