We made a reservation in advance for 7pm, which was great since they filled the tables quickly. I wanted to do the all you can eat option but saw I had to eat the equivalent of 3 rolls to be worth it and decided to do 2 rolls instead. The sushi itself was good overall and the service was great. I would probably choose to go to Fishmandu instead. The reason why I gave 3 stars: the 2 sushi rolls had SUPER thin layers of salmon on top. It looked like it had been flattened before being placed. The salmon nigiri had a decent amount of fish. Also as soon as you walk in, there was a strong smell from the carpets. The staff opened the window, which really helped.

AYCE - read the fine print. 18% gratuity for 5 or less people and 20% for 6 or more. $38 ayce dinner is actually $45 per person Sushi rolls all tasted the same. Very light on the fish and very heavy on the rice. Got several appetizers: Gyoza was over fried, agedashi tofu was not fried with starch but fried whole resulting in normal fried tofu (hotpot style) and not fluffy, the dipping sauce for the tofu was also bland lacking soy sauce and dashi, tempura veggies were normal, potato croquette was tasty a but strange and gooey rather than fluffy. There was a smell that was unpleasant. You get used to it but it was quite strange. Art work is flipped.

Small place and very busy, so possibly get a reservation before you go. Perfect for birthday party or any parties in general. It has good izakaya vibes, just like Japan where people are having real fun and make some noise. All you can in menu and a great selection of rolls and sashimi. Food was delicious and and portion are fulfilling. Direct access to next door karaoke bar, it is quite amazing to be honest! I’ll probably bring a bigger party for my birthday now that I know this place! I highly suggest it if you want to have a fun night with friends.

I would like to share my experience after going to this place .

Food was just ā€œokayā€, nothing special.

My biggest concern is the service. We got all you can eat and drinks.Server never come up to us to make sure we have everything we needed, looks like they don’t want to bring more stuff unless you ask for it .More of that, when I order something, it took them forever to bring it.

We got all you can eat and drink, I was very respectful and patient, but when I ordered ā€œlast call food ā€œ they didn’t want to bring it to me .More of that, I’ve asked for some drinks, but they only brought me one 330 ml beer. I know it may sound like nothing, but you clearly can fell the attitude. If you respect yourself and your time it’s a lot of places that have a good combination of service and...

Very sub-standard and bland (same tasting) sushi for a premium price. Got all you can eat sushi for 2 people with one soda and ended up paying $94. It was supposed to be $35 per person, but they had an 18% gratuity. Food was okay, but I have had sushi in some pretty ritzy and nice places in nice neighborhoods (all you can eat) for under $70. That and the eating space is ridiculously small and smelled kind of musty. If you are a fan of sushi and you are a fan of saving money then don't go to sushi delight. It simply isn't worth it. There are better all you can eat sushi places and you will probably end up eating more / better food and spending less at a conventional order-by-the-roll restaurant.

The Good: Nice employees and cute photos of other customer groups...

Ah yes. Sushi delight. All you can eat rolls for 33 dollars Friday/Saturday, and add on all you can drink Asahi or Sapporo and house Sake for another 3 dollars or so. People always say "it's good for what it is" but honestly if you enjoy sushi, this place is great fun and actually has good food. While perhaps not the most authentic sushi restaurant in San Francisco, its genuinely fun, loud, and happy. Great for groups of people set to have a fun evening. It's small, so on weekend nights you will need a reservation. Also a helpful tip for ordering, you are only allowed to have 2 dishes per person in the pipeline, so order a round every time your waitress comes to the table, as they...
