Garlic shrimp burrito had with refried pintos. Can get regular pintos or regular or refried black beans. Gringo style and tasty. Will try the other one on Divararso sp. didn’t get chips offered til food served tho so ask upfront sauces lighter side so haberno was swell even though I can fear this pepper. Was referred to try the steak shrimp burrito—I’ll bet you cannot go wrong with either. Garlic sauce like Pappa Johns pizza garlic sauce so it’s like crack for flav hounds. 🦮 come here when experience mission st fatigue. So glad they’re here ā˜€ļø $25 for burrito & michelata

DEMOLISHED šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø We came here after biking the Golden Gate Bridge and around San Fran, and were famished. This hit the spot and delivered exactly what we needed. We ordered the Grilled Vege and Garlic Shrimp tacos, along with the Al Pastor Burrito bowl. All great, but the shrimp tacos were the stand-out. Front of house service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair to slightly better than fair. Pro Tip - Order the $1 small bowl of chips and take advantage of the self serve salsa bar you’re feeling extra hungry.

The inside is clean, the staff was friendly. Food was good but over priced. I believe it was $5 for one taco and if you want rice and beans you pay for that separately which is another $4.50. Also the cardne asada is cut in bigger chunks so if you have a hard time chewing then maybe ask them to cut them up more. It didn't taste like authentic Mexican food to me. They only have black beans or Pinto beans. We were so hungry after a busy day and came across this place so we tried it out and it wasn't the worst place.

We came here for Mexican food to take away. We had two huge burritos and a massive portion of nachos. Given how much a plate of pasta costs in this city, we got a damn good deal.

The food was incredible. So flavourful, and well layered. The nachos had a great coverage of salsa and guacamole.

I'm amazed that the place was empty on a Thursday evening. Although 9pm and most of SF seemed empty. They're sleeping on some great Mexican food. Maybe it's snobbery, maybe it's just racism, but I would come here again before I go to any of the overpriced seafood/ "European style" restaurants. So really what's stopping you coming here? Is it that you don't like good flavour at a decent price, or is it that you think you're too good for...

This ain't your cheap eats taqueria, but they make every penny worth it. Try happy hour from 3-6pm for a stellar deal.

Nachos are generous, with choice of beans (tip - get refried on the side or whole beans to keep the chips crunchier). Burritos are normal size, but the meat is gristle free. Excellent salsas at the serve-yourself salsa bar -- tomatillo and chipotle were my faves -- complement the best chips north of Market. Even the horchata was richer in flavor and substance.

My only complaint was the carne asada was sparse and overcooked on my nachos, and there's no complimentary chips. Regardless, TLC definitely beats other taquerias in the neighborhood. Our new go to for...

It’s my first time here. Came here by recommendation from a friend who knows I love grill chicken nachos. I walked in and immediately I felt welcome. The person who welcomed me name is Veronica and she’s totally amazing. I appreciate the serve and how she made sure I was comfortable. The food was delicious!! And I can honestly say the TLC Super Nachos were one of the best I’ve tasted. I finished the entire portion. At some point, the manager lowered the light and place gentle flame candles on each table; that really set the mood. I’ve been wired all week due to graduation. The candles definitely balanced me out! What a wonderful finish after a long semester and graduation....
