Subway — Restaurant in San Jose

I have no clue why others have given good rating for this Subway, maybe it's for the convenience.

THEY HAVE THE WORST AND RUDE STAFF EVER ENCOUNTERED. BOTH THE SERVERS CAN BE SEEN IN THE PICTURE.

I went there on Saturday, May 13 2017 around 11.45 am, ordered 3 footlongs. First they did not had my fav honeyoat bread, that's ok. Seems she was trying to save money by placing the least vegetables, I had to ask her thrice Everytime she adds anything and still it was far less than any other Subway.

The ordeal was not limited to the one when it came to the second on who packed and charged, she gave 2 tissue papers for 3 subs, on again asking for more she gave one more.

Overall it felt like I wasn't buying but begging at this place.

Subway managers do check your CCTV footage for the date and time I have mentioned to justify my comments.

AVOID...

Horrible!! Ordered one 6" BLT, which was fine (obviously because I sat there watching it), then ordered two 12" tuna... one with extra onion and the other with pickles and banana peppers... not very difficult. Apparently it was... stepped away for 3 mins, then came back to pay. The sandwich with pickles and banana peppers... well, they put MAYBE 3 little pickles and NO banana peppers. And on the other...barley any onions. Do NOT recommend this place!!! Unless you...

In this last month this Subway restaurant's bathroom (toilet) has been out of order 3 + times. I've been there when customers have complained about the inconvenience, and I actually had to leave because I had needed to use the bathroom before ordering and having lunch. The employees customer service vary and should always be a priority to both the Owner and Manager, just as the service of the bathroom should be a priority for all of...
